EPISODE 009: The big, bad FAILURE

Episode 009: The big, bad FAILURE Do you think people fear failure or what failure might reveal about them? On this week’s episode we’re talking all things failure; the different shades of failure and the relativity of failure. Before properly getting into the episode, Tee talks about her short trip to the Vatican City and asks what nostalgia feels like physically. Some really interesting would-you-rathers were done after they messed up, got into the main gist of the episode and forgot about them [due to interesting gist, like always] . They talked about the good aspects of failure and the reasons why failure seems like a bad thing to most people. They also talk about the consequences of being afraid of failure. The episode ends with the crew giving us some helpful tips on how to overcome the fear of failure. Episode 007: How to Not Shoot yourself in the Leg/Foot

What if the biggest thing standing between you and the life you want is you? In today’s episode tee, fortune and Davido (our resident guest) get into what self sabotage is and what it can look like. The episode starts off a bit chaotic as tee shares why more people should start looking into identity crisis in the unconscious state/dream realm based on the dreams she’s been having recently. Some really interesting would-you-rathers were done and they got into why people often self-sabotage themselves. Tee raises an important question about ‘famzing’ as a concept and if it’s really just a self esteem issue. The episode ends with them giving some tips on how to- as the episode title says not shoot yourself in the leg(metaphorically speaking, of course). 3. Episode 006: The MENTAL HEALTH episode

Episode 006: The MENTAL HEALTH episode

Do Nigerians actually not understand mental health or are we just afraid to talk about it? This week it’s just tee and fortune on the pod (honourable mention to Davido as well!) and they get into a very serious conversation that we all should be having. This week they’re doing a deep dive on Nigerians and mental health. Before they get into the episode, tee shares a little fashion tip for the men on colour combos and shares her favourite thing on the internet currently. Some really interesting would-you-rathers were also done just before they got into the main agenda of the episode. Discussions were had on the need for more mental health and emotional awareness among Nigerians, the reasons why it seems Nigerians don’t like to talk about their emotions, and why it seems there’s so much stigma around the topic of mental health. They also talk about the lack of vulnerability in male friendships and why more men need to be more vulnerable in their friendships. The episode ends by them giving us some ways to improve our mental health. Be sure to give this episode a listen because it’s a much needed conversation we should be having and it certainly is one for the books!
