What If I Had Done Things Differently? Understanding Regrets

Have you ever found yourself thinking, what if I had done things differently? What if you had taken the job, ended the relationship sooner, spoken up, moved away, gone back to school, or never started drinking in the first place? In this episode of The Pink Cloud Frequency, we're exploring one of the most universal and often misunderstood human emotions: regret. We'll unpack what regret actually is, why we tend to romanticize the roads not taken, and how our minds create alternate versions of reality that we can never truly verify. And we'll challenge the assumption that the life we didn't live would have automatically been better, and explore the growth, resilience, self-awareness, and wisdom that can emerge from even our most difficult experiences. If you've been carrying regret about your drinking, your relationships, your parenting, your career, or any chapter of your life, this conversation will remind you that your past does not define you. The lessons matter. The growth matters. And the future is still being written. thepinkcloudfrequency@gmail.com   https://facebook.com/briana.wynn.33   http://instagram.com/thepinkcloudfrequency/ https://www.threads.com/@thepinkcloudfrequency http://www.youtube.com/@thepinkcloudfrequency  *Your monthly support - for less than a cup of coffee! - helps keep this space accessible for women choosing clarity, energy, and purpose on their alcohol-free journey. The Invisible Cost of Delay: Why Getting Started Matters More Than Being Ready

What if alcohol isn't just costing you money? What if it's costing you opportunities, confidence, creativity, growth, and possibilities you haven't even discovered yet? In this episode of The Pink Cloud Frequency, we explore one of the most overlooked costs of drinking: delay. Many women assume alcohol is only a problem if it's causing obvious consequences. But what if the greater cost isn't what happens when you drink, but what never happens because you do? We discuss why so many of us postpone goals, dreams, business ideas, creative projects, career changes, and opportunities that keep calling us forward. From fear of failure and fear of judgment to the psychological concept of status quo bias, and lack of confidence, you'll learn why human beings often choose familiar discomfort over unfamiliar possibility. If you've been waiting for the perfect time to start a business, launch a podcast, apply for a job, pursue a goal, or make a change in your life, this episode is for you. Because the life you want isn't built when you feel ready. It's built when you start. thepinkcloudfrequency@gmail.com   https://facebook.com/briana.wynn.33   http://instagram.com/thepinkcloudfrequency/ https://www.threads.com/@thepinkcloudfrequency http://www.youtube.com/@thepinkcloudfrequency  *Your monthly support - for less than a cup of coffee! - helps keep this space accessible for women choosing clarity, energy, and purpose on their alcohol-free journey. Why Do We Think Alcohol Makes Vacation Better? What You Discover When You Remove It

One of the biggest fears people have when they consider quitting alcohol is simple: "What about vacation?" What about the beach? What about all-inclusive resorts? What about Europe? What about cruises? What about sitting by the pool with a drink in your hand? We've been taught that alcohol is part of the vacation experience. That it helps us relax, have fun, celebrate, and make memories. But what if alcohol isn't enhancing your vacation at all? We explore: Why we associate alcohol with vacations, travel, and relaxation How alcohol impacts sleep, energy, recovery, patience, and emotional regulation while travelingWhy so many people come home from vacation feeling exhausted instead of restoredHow alcohol-free travel improves presence, memory-making, flexibility, and enjoymentWhy vacation can become powerful evidence that you don't need alcohol to socialize, celebrate, or have funIf you've ever worried that vacations won't feel the same without alcohol, this episode is for you. ONE YEAR ALCOHOL-FREE: The Life I Was Afraid I Would Miss

One year ago, I made the decision to stop drinking alcohol. But as I went back and read through select journal entries from the months leading up to that decision, I realized something surprising. The decision didn't start on Day 1. It started months before. In this deeply personal anniversary episode of The Pink Cloud Frequency, I'm sharing journal entries from January through June 2025 that reveal the internal negotiation, resistance, and self-awareness that existed long before I fully committed to an alcohol-free life.  Over and over again, I wrote about wanting:  more energy  more clarity  better health  greater peace  stronger routines  a more intentional life And yet, I continued questioning whether life without alcohol would still be fun, exciting, social, and fulfilling. What I've discovered is that the life I feared I would lose was actually waiting for me on the other side!  If you're questioning your relationship with alcohol, wondering whether life will be boring without it, or afraid of what you'll lose if you stop drinking, this episode is for you. Because the truth is: you'll never know what alcohol-free life feels like until you stop imagining it and start experiencing it. And one year later, I can honestly tell you, I wouldn't go back! thepinkcloudfrequency@gmail.com   https://facebook.com/briana.wynn.33   http://instagram.com/thepinkcloudfrequency/ https://www.threads.com/@thepinkcloudfrequency http://www.youtube.com/@thepinkcloudfrequency  *Your monthly support - for less than a cup of coffee! - helps keep this space accessible for women choosing clarity, energy, and purpose on their alcohol-free journey. What If Your Skin Is Trying to Tell You Something? Understanding Skin Health Alcohol-Free

Clear skin is often about so much more than skincare products alone. Your skin reflect what's happening internally. In this episode of The Pink Cloud Frequency, we explore how an alcohol-free lifestyle creates the conditions for your body and your skin to finally regulate, repair, and heal from the inside out. We discuss how alcohol contributes to chronic inflammation, dehydration, poor sleep, and inconsistent diet and nutrition, and the exhausted appearance so many women normalize over time. I also share some of my favorite wellness and skincare products, and most notably my recommendation for red light therapy and why I personally love LUMEBOX for supporting skin health, and overall wellness! https://thelumebox.com/pages/lb68/?_ef_transaction_id=&oid=3&affid=8066&discount=thepinkcloudfrequency Because the “glow” people notice in an alcohol-free life is not just about skincare. It’s what happens when your body is no longer constantly fighting against the lifestyle exhausting it! thepinkcloudfrequency@gmail.com   https://facebook.com/briana.wynn.33   http://instagram.com/thepinkcloudfrequency/ https://www.threads.com/@thepinkcloudfrequency http://www.youtube.com/@thepinkcloudfrequency  *Your monthly support - for less than a cup of coffee! - helps keep this space accessible for women choosing clarity, energy, and purpose on their alcohol-free journey.
