    #7 - I got denied by a girl in the wild, and it felt awesome

    Guys, we gotta face rejection and go talk to girls in the wild. Let's stop hiding behind the screens. It doesn't matter how it goes. I've made a complete fool out of myself trying to talk to girls. But take it from me, that getting the nerves in your chest, the butterflies in your stomach, and acting on them is the best feeling in the world. It's time we step up and be men again.     #4 - For the Love of the Lifestyle: My Updated Approach to Training and Nutrition

    What a journey it has been! My updated training and nutrition philosophy, from an eating disorder in my early twenties, through seven years of chronic pain, up until now, where I'm essentially pain free. I'm grateful for it all and wouldn't change a thing. But I'm done with the shame and guilt. No killing myself to cross some arbitrary finish line. I strive to train and eat sustainably, for nothing more than the love of the lifestyle, baby.
