It is easy to get distracted by various topics on the spiritual path and forget that what happens when we surrender was the point all along. That was the place where we grew the most, where we became aligned with our soul's journey, when we felt connected and at peace.     Episode No. 12 - Learn by experience

    Hello friends! This week I talked about importance of personal experience on the spiritual path. When some spiritual experiences happen, it's natural to make research - but we shouldn't get too fixated on accounts and concepts of other people, as each of our journey's is unique, just like the way we choose to describe them. Personal experiments and experience is the best teacher, because it comes from direct contact with reality. Such evidence is then indestructible and the most meaningful for us personally - because it heavily resonates with our unique path in particular. So, whatever different schools of thought you might encounter on your spiritual path - never let them be louder than your own experience, intuition and pattern recognition. Those matter the most.

    Episode No. 11 - Kundalini is a merciless, yet righteous guru

    This week I talked about a Kundalini awakening journey - mostly my personal experience and understanding. What are the physical symptoms, how can we integrate the changes that happen in our life, how can we make the process smoother and less troublesome. If you're someone who is on this path as well, don't worry! It does get better with time. For me, it's about 7 months since my first spontaneous cleansing/awakening and once our intention is TRUTH and LOVE, everything starts to settle and make more sense.

    Episode No. 10 - Authenticity is the way

    Authenticity is our private relationship with god. Alignment with our soul. Divine speaking through us. The more joyful and exciting something feels, the closer it is to our path. Sometimes it is difficult for us to wrap our mind around, because we have been brought up by a system that did its best to extinguish this authenticity in us. Things we are naturally curious about, things that light the spark inside. We have often felt that those things are irrelevant and we should be ashamed of them. Or we have perhaps even forgotten what it actually is that makes us come alive. When we remember and decide to walk towards our passion and joy, our path appears in front of us. After all, god wants all of us to simply be ourselves and rejoice.

    Episode No. 9 - Humbleness, lessons & surrender

I unfortunately didn't have the files for these two episodes anymore, so I suppose we'll touch on these topics again another time - life of a black sheep & spiritual awakening and relationships. In this episode, I talk about the importance of humbleness on the spiritual journey - how letting go of expectations is a crucial step in getting closer to reality. Every time something doesn't work out the way we want, it is a peek into what god actually wants for us. Negative experiences can then turn into lessons, and these lessons turn into growth and surrender.

Spiritual awakening really is a merciless process and everything that was not in alignment had to go. That resulted in a complete restructuring of my life - relationships, habits, job, soul calling, moving away from my hometown... So many uncertainties. Walking in the darkness. But as we continue to be guided by our intuition and choose to focus on the new world we're beginning to build rather than grieving over what was lost, the energy accelerates and new opportunities start to appear. New life starts to form. Let us be lead by the heart and see where does this crazy ride lead us!

    Episode No. 4 - Perfectionism and ego-traps in spirituality

    Hi friends, here's another episode. Today I talked about how easy it is to chase perfection when on the spiritual journey - whether you come from the "eastern philosophy side" or "new age spirituality side". Trying to transcend and kind of avoid or ignore your life never really solves anything - or at least it didn't for me. As long as we feel like life is some kind of a problematic project that we need to find a solution to, we're closing our eyes in front of what is already here - our life, our relationships, our intuition, and most importantly - the present moment. That's what this whole podcast is about. I'm not here to tell anybody how to live their life, what's right or wrong to do on your spiritual journey - because every journey is different. But the patterns we get caught in are pretty universal - and it's more often than not a simple pattern of chasing some perfect state that will set us free, being oblivious to the fact that truth can be very simple, very spiritual and very human. All at once.

    Hi friends! This week's episode is all about fear. About my panic attack and the start of a panic disorder, about how I managed to survive it without medication or professional help and how it changed my life for the better in the end - it was a crucial experience to have when facing my Kundalini awakening this year. Fear is a big topic in my life overall and sharing my methods on how to work with this overwhelming panic fear is such an important message I want to share - whether the object of your fear is something from physical reality or related to consciousness itself and its various states. I know many of us deal with feeling overwhelmed at least once in our life, so knowing the ways how to approach reality during these times can be crucial for our growth - so instead of being overtaken by fear and led to dark places, we gain even more integrity from it and evolve further into light and presence.
