Episode 9 Check Out More in the Paperback and the Audiobook Over the course of the program we’ve provided excerpts from Podcasting Explained! 2.0, published in February of 2026. Some chapters and sections were adapted for audio, while others serve as the basis of expanded discussion in episodes to come. At this point in the program we conclude our excerpts. But first, we want to encourage you to consider the Paperback, available on Amazon, or the full audiobook, soon to be available via Spotify for Authors, where you’ll enjoy the book in its entirety – including a comprehensive index, a glossary of terms, questions and answers, and 13 Takeaway sections that serve as practical reference sheets on considerations including legal matters, To-Do lists and interview preparation tips. Both the paperback and the audiobook versions offer tons of content on monetization strategies, the business of podcasting and how businesses are using podcasts, as well as the use of podcasts for nonprofits, charities and public service endeavors. The book also provides fulsome sections on media integration, user engagement as well as micro-casts, value-for-value, video podcasting, social commerce, AI-related developments and regulatory implications. We hope you’ve enjoyed these sample excerpts. And we look forward to sharing expanded discussion on the non-profit use of podcasts with guests such as Melanie Taddeo of Connect4Life--Canada’s only disability charity of its kind, Mike O’Sullivan, who hosts Historic California News after having concluded his service as the West Coast Bureau Chief of Voice of America, and former parliamentarian Dennis Mills, host of the podcast The Life of a Servant. We’ll be producing content like this in the weeks to come. Podcasting Explained! 2.0: The Audio Book will be available soon. And again, Podcasting Explained! 2.0 in both paperback and epub versions are available on Amazon. (https://a.co/d/09RwBDL8) A production of Henley Point.
