It is the same thing for ministers People are not interested to know much about a struggling  Leader, they say that if what you do were good, you would be successful, you would look like this guy over there whose church is trending, whose church might be about 500 members plus.  Throughout my years in the ministry, I come to find out that struggling pastors may have more to say than quote unquote successful ones. It takes a lot more to stand while battling adversities than otherwise.
