When it appears the site is about to shut down for lack of funding, the Foundation unexpectedly raises funds and transfers SCP-4051 from Site-17 into its care. Crow, a member of the Caretakers, a broken-off branch of the Serpent's Hand, and a former member of the Chaos Insurgency, tries to find someone with whom they once shared a special relationship during their time in the insurgency after they disappeared one day. When a mission from the Caretaker's founder falls into their lap, they and their friends accept it. However, when an unknown SCP is smuggled into Site-29, the site descends into chaos as it unleashes destruction and spatial distortions. At the same time, an opposing force begins a hostile takeover of the site. Dr. Vincent Minnow and Crow find their paths crossing together and team up to help save Site-29.
