Remember Who You Are: A Leo Eclipse Meditation

There are moments when the light we normally navigate by becomes obscured. But obscured does not mean lost. Inspired by the symbolism of the Leo eclipse, this guided meditation explores the threshold between who you have been and who you are becoming. Through deep rest, reflection, visualization and spacious moments of silence, we explore identity, discernment, changing desires, relationships, self-worth, creativity and the quiet work of calling your energy back to yourself. This meditation is not about predicting the future or forcing a particular outcome. Instead, it asks you to become quiet enough to notice what is already changing within you. What still belongs to you? What are you carrying simply because you have carried it for a long time? What happens when something—or someone—returns, but you are no longer the person who once needed it? What if changing your mind isn’t a failure of commitment, but evidence that you have grown? And beneath all of those questions: Who are you when the expectations, roles, relationships and stories become quiet? The Sun does not cease to exist when it is eclipsed. And perhaps neither do the deepest parts of ourselves. Sometimes they are simply waiting to be remembered. Come as you are. There is nothing you need to manifest, predict or force. Simply listen. © 2026 Mariel Serrano. Written, created and recorded by Mariel Serrano for Meditations with Mariel. The Eclipse as a Threshold: Before “Remember Who You Are”

Before entering the meditation, “Remember Who You Are,” I wanted to offer a little context for the symbolism behind it. For thousands of years, eclipses have captured the human imagination as moments when the familiar order of the sky is interrupted—when light becomes obscured, the landscape changes, and something we know is still there temporarily disappears from view. In this short introduction, we explore the eclipse as a metaphor for transformation, uncertainty, identity and remembrance, along with the symbolism of Leo: the heart, courage, creativity, joy, self-expression and the willingness to inhabit ourselves fully. This isn’t about predicting what an eclipse will bring or telling you what you should manifest. It’s an invitation to consider something quieter: What parts of ourselves can become obscured without ever truly being lost? And what happens when change asks us not to become someone new, but to remember who we were underneath everything we learned to carry? This episode serves as a companion introduction to the guided meditation, “Remember Who You Are: A Leo Eclipse Meditation.” © 2026 Mariel Serrano. me haces falta: A Mercury Retrograde Meditation on Longing, Soul Recognition and Sacred Return

There is a Spanish phrase that has always stayed with me: me haces falta. It is often translated as “I miss you,” but its deeper meaning is far more profound. It speaks to the way love changes us, leaving behind a sacred space where another soul, a memory, or even a former version of ourselves once lived. As Mercury retrograde invites us to revisit the past, this meditation explores what it truly means when old people, memories, dreams, or emotions resurface. Rather than asking who is returning, we ask a different question: What is my soul trying to remember? Through a journey of longing, remembrance, and quiet reflection, you’ll be guided to honor the connections that have shaped you—not through attachment, but through gratitude for the ways they awakened your heart. Whether you resonate with the idea of a twin flame, a soul mirror, or simply someone whose presence transformed your life, this meditation offers a gentle space to reflect on love, absence, and the wisdom hidden within both. Perhaps me haces falta has never meant, “I cannot live without you.” Perhaps it has always meant, “Because I loved you, I discovered a deeper capacity to love.” May this meditation help you embrace the sacred return of memory, reclaim the parts of yourself waiting to come home, and trust that every meaningful encounter leaves your soul more open to love. This meditation is inspired by contemplative spirituality, symbolic astrology, and the timeless mystery of love as a path of transformation. It is intended for reflection and personal growth rather than as a statement of objective spiritual fact. © 2026 Mariel Serrano. All rights reserved. Meditations on the Tarot — Letter V: The Pope The Temple Within: As Above, So Below

Recorded during my final days in Rome, this meditation is unlike any I've created before. What began as a study of Letter V from Meditations on the Tarot slowly became something much more personal—a pilgrimage through ancient streets, sacred spaces, unexpected encounters, and the quiet realization that the greatest temple we will ever discover is the one that lives within. Together, we explore the timeless Hermetic principle, "As above, so below," the Christian mystical understanding of spiritual respiration, and the ancient movement of blessing—not as something we possess, but as something that flows through us into the world. Rather than explaining the symbolism of The Pope, this meditation invites you to experience it. Through breath, silence, contemplation, and guided imagery, you'll journey beyond the noise of everyday life into the sanctuary of your own heart, where heaven and earth meet in each sacred breath. Whether you are familiar with Meditations on the Tarot or simply longing for a deeper sense of peace and belonging, may this meditation become a place of rest, remembrance, and quiet transformation. May you leave with slower eyes, a softer heart, and the gentle awareness that the pilgrimage has never been about reaching somewhere else. It has always been about becoming present enough to recognize the Divine already dwelling within. Copyright & Acknowledgment This meditation was written and narrated by Mariel Serrano as an original contemplative work inspired by the anonymous spiritual classic Meditations on the Tarot: A Journey into Christian Hermeticism. While themes, archetypes, and philosophical concepts from Letter V ("The Pope") informed this meditation, all reflections, narrative language, guided visualization, and interpretation are original and do not reproduce the text of the source material. The Discipline of Delight : A Capricorn Full Moon Meditation

The Capricorn Full Moon invites us to pause and reflect, not only on what we have accomplished, but on how we have been living. Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to believe that joy must be earned. That we can rest after the work is finished, create after the responsibilities are met, and enjoy life once everything else is taken care of. But what if that day never comes? Inspired by the symbolism of the Capricorn Full Moon and the archetypal themes of the Fifth House (transiting for me) creativity, play, wonder, and authentic self-expression—this guided meditation explores the relationship between discipline and delight. Through gentle breathwork, visualization, and reflection, you'll be invited to set down the weight of expectations, reconnect with your inner child, and remember that a meaningful life is not measured solely by productivity, but by the moments that make you feel fully alive. Whether you follow astrology or simply appreciate the changing rhythms of the seasons, may this meditation serve as a quiet invitation to return to beauty, presence, and the sacred practice of joy. Thank you for allowing me to share this journey with you. If this meditation resonated, I invite you to follow Meditations with Mariel, leave a rating or review, and share it with someone who may need the reminder that delight is not a luxury, it is part of what makes us whole. Reflections on Chapter Five: The PopeInspired by Meditations on the Tarot Chapter Five of the anonymous spiritual work Meditations on the Tarot explores the mystery of The Pope—not merely as a religious figure, but as an invitation into spiritual respiration, compassion, sacred will, and the deeper architecture of the human heart. Summer Solstice Meditation: A Guided Journey into Light, Abundance, and the Sacred Fire Within

Summer Solstice Meditation | Recorded in Rome After gathering beneath the Roman sky for a Summer Solstice meditation, I found myself deeply inspired by the beauty of this season and by the reminder that light has always been one of humanity's oldest teachers. There is something timeless about celebrating the longest day of the year. Across cultures and centuries, people have paused during the solstice to honor abundance, gratitude, and the sacred cycles of nature. This year, while spending time in Rome, I was blessed to share a meditation with others and witness the golden evening light that seemed to invite us all to slow down, breathe, and simply be present. That experience inspired this meditation. In this practice, we journey through gentle breathwork, grounding, and visualization as we release what has completed its season and welcome the warmth, vitality, and wisdom of the Sun into our lives. Whether you are listening during the Summer Solstice or simply find yourself longing for renewal, may this meditation remind you that growth is never forced and that life unfolds according to its own sacred rhythm. Find a comfortable place, soften your shoulders, and allow yourself to receive. Thank you for listening and for sharing this journey with me.
