A Regenerative Future for Plastic Waste | Ep. 017

What if the solution to the plastic crisis isn’t just about recycling bins and consumer guilt, but reframing our mindset? In this episode, Queenie sits down with Sam Smith (@themagictoolbus) to explore plastic waste, recycling myths, and practical sustainability through a systems lens. Sam’s research into plastic recycling, solar power, and community-scale solutions, has led him to one important conclusion: hope. There is a solution to the plastic problem that can start without governments or large institutions. If you’re interested in plastic pollution, sustainable living, low-waste systems, and how to take meaningful action in an imperfect system, this episode has you covered. Making Peace With The Ego | Ep. 016

What happens when we stop fighting ourselves? In many spiritual traditions, we're taught that the ego is the problem and that awakening requires us to transcend it, dissolve it, or leave it behind. But what if the ego isn't a mistake? What if it's an essential part of the human journey? In this episode, Queenie explores a different perspective on the ego and its role in the evolution of human consciousness. Rather than viewing the ego as an enemy to be defeated, she considers both the ego’s shadow and its gifts. She suggests that the ego and the rational mind actually helped humanity arrive at this moment of spiritual awakening. Through reflections on healing, consciousness, intuition, and the transition from separation to interconnectedness, this conversation invites us to move beyond the battle between mind and heart. Together, we explore the possibility that the next step in human evolution isn't the destruction of the ego, but learning to place it in service of love. Collective Healing Begins When Judgment Ends | Ep. 015

What if judgment is one of the biggest barriers to healing—both individually and collectively? In this deeply honest conversation, Queenie and Gabe (owner and tattooist at Shamanic Ink) explore the subtle ways judgment shows up in our lives, from family relationships and spiritual beliefs to politics, power, and the stories we tell about people we don't understand. Together, they reflect on how quickly we separate others into categories of right and wrong, good and bad, and what becomes possible when we choose curiosity over certainty. This episode is an invitation to examine our own perspectives with humility, recognizing that every person is moving through a reality shaped by experiences we may never fully understand. Queenie and Gabe explore what it means to welcome one another back into the human family (yes, even including the billionaires) and whether true collective healing can happen without compassion. If you've ever felt misunderstood, frustrated by division, or challenged to love beyond your comfort zone, this conversation offers a gentle invitation to pause, listen more deeply, and remember that healing may begin where judgment ends. Finding Health & Happiness in Imperfection | Ep. 014

Food is a deeply personal and cultural topic. So, let’s get personal! In this episode, Queenie dives deep into the messy, nonlinear path of aligning our values with our everyday choices and learning how to listen to our bodies. Whether you're vegan, vegan-curious, or simply trying to make more intentional choices, this episode is here to remind you that change doesn't have to be perfect or happen all at once to matter. Queenie discusses the pressure that often surrounds veganism, the tricky tightrope walk when it comes to food boundaries, and how she learned to navigate it all. Meaningful change doesn’t happen overnight: it’s a long, winding road. But don’t give up! Because progress, not perfection, is what moves us forward both for our plates and the planet. Building New Earth From The Bottom Up | Ep. 013

Do you ever look around at our planet and wonder why the government isn’t doing more to help? In truth, the agencies we look to to protect and steward our environment are not actually set up to do so, in part because of capitalistic pressures, mindsets, and structures. But no fear, there is still hope! In this episode Queenie sits down with Alvaro Campomanes of GeoARI to talk about how real change we need is already happening from the bottom up. From rewilding to building communities, and everything in between, real change starts with individuals like you. And that might seem daunting, but this episode lays out ways you can start being a part of that change now, whether you’re living in an apartment or have any amount of land of your own. Do you feel like you’re living your life running towards the next thing, always feeling like time is running out? It’s exhausting! The good news? This is fixable. (Cue sigh of relief). You can let the hours race past you or soak in every moment with intentionality. In this episode, Queenie reflects on how she broke through the vicious cycle. You can regain control over your life by slowing it down and choosing to stop chasing the unreachable finish line. It may seem impossible, but it’s entirely doable. Riding Joyfully To Oil Freedom | Ep. 011

In a country literally built around the car, switching to bike life can feel intimidating. Won’t I sweat? Isn’t it dangerous? Won’t it take forever? If you’ve found yourself asking one or all of these questions, you’re not alone. (And there’s no need to worry, because the answers will pleasantly surprise you). In this episode, Queenie is joined by Brad Davis owner of Nomad Cycles and e-bike evangelist to discuss the movement taking over our cities: e-bikes. They discuss all things about the e-bike experience. This is bigger than a question of “should I own a car or not?” It impacts our environment, communities, and how we connect with the world around us while bringing back a sense of whimsy into everyday life. How to Find Certainty in Uncertain Times | Ep. 010

We're living in a time where it's becoming increasingly difficult to know what's true. Information is constant, conflicting, and easily manipulated (through AI, media narratives, and bill!onaire interests shaping the direction of reality itself). There are loud, monied influences that would like you to believe the world is moving one particular way, and to buy into that story. And if you don't have something else to ground into, it's disorienting. As old paradigms dissolve and the ground seems to be shifting under your feet, it's very easy to get pulled into external narratives and lose your sense of clarity. So how do we prevent ourselves from being swept up? What do we use to inform our decisions when logic and perception feel unreliable? In this episode, I explore intuition as the voice of the soul, and how to build a relationship with it. I talk about choosing a method to connect with your intuition, how to ask clear and honest questions, and how to interpret the answers through the body. Our minds are powerful, but they are meant to be used as a tool to serve something deeper. As this episode drops on Earth Day, it's a reminder that this intelligence is part of everything. The more we learn to listen, the more clearly we can move through this transition into New Earth. In this episode, 🧭Guidance in the chaos: Making aligned decisions in the information overload, and this moment as an invitation to go within 🗝️Learning the language: Practical ways to connect with your intuition: how to ask, receive answers, and interpret signals through the body 👁️The body-soul relationship: As humanity learns to listen within, we access guidance from higher intelligence, both internally and beyond Dive Deeper: Read Journey of Souls: https://bookshop.org/a/120651/9781567184853 Stay connected: @newhumansfornewearth on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube www.newhumansfornewearth.com New episodes every Wednesday By accessing this Podcast, I acknowledge that the entire contents are the property of New Humans for New Earth, or used by New Humans for New Earth with permission, and are protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
