Download our free coloring pack here so your little one can color along with Tully's adventure! Hey there! It's me, Tully! I just got back from my biggest adventure yet… I took the subway (it was a little scary at first!) all the way to the American Museum of Natural History. I practiced being brave, even when I felt nervous. I'll show your little ones the exact breathing exercise I used to help me feel better! Once I moved through my big feelings, I got to see the most amazing things at the museum. This episode is all about the magic that's waiting for us just on the other side of our biggest fears. And… I made a bit of a mistake. Let's just say, there's a T-Rex dinosaur skeleton involved. But I told the truth. I said I was sorry. And I did my best to fix it. I hope your little one walks away from this adventure knowing: it's okay to feel scared it's brave to try anyway and even when we mess up, we can always make things right Thanks for coming along with me! In our next episode, I'm heading to the US Open! Make it a big, brave day 💛 Tully P.S. If you love the show, we'd be so grateful if you'd share it with a friend!
