    stop being low-key about goodbyes, admit you will miss them

    Even though we often don't want to say goodbye, I think we should. By acknowledging that distance, we share our vulnerability. We show our humanity though our ability to miss and grief. So I invite you to not be low-key about goodbyes or ''see you laters'', but instead to use it as a opportunity to show your loved ones how much you care.

    The Gap Between Who You Want To Be and Who Is Showing Up

    Have you ever felt frustrated knowing that you are not showing up as the person you want to be? Not knowing how to bridge the gap between the person we are acting like and the person we tell others we are.
