Soul Confetti: Celebrating Life’s Lessons

Carrie Myers

Soul Confetti is a podcast to explore the lessons and growth opportunities that challenging life situations offer us.  After I spent many years wallowing in emotional turmoil, I awoke to a new journey, a new way of being in this world, using my trauma to find and live in my soul’s purpose. Along this journey, I have met many inspiring souls that also have used their challenges to grow, create and thrive.  Here, we will share our stories and inspire you to celebrate your life’s lessons and live from your soul’s purpose.

Full Body Healing with Leslie Brooks

Send a text What does it mean to heal, face your trauma and find peace, acceptance and strength beyond trauma. Leslie Brooks shares her childhood story and how she used that trauma to create a thriving purpose to help others to heal from their struggles.   Hi, I’m Leslie Brooks. If you’re here, chances are you’re tired of carrying everyone else while abandoning yourself. You’ve probably done the therapy, you know your patterns, and yet—you still freeze when it’s time to speak up. You say yes when your whole body is screaming no. You manage everyone else’s moods, and in the process, lose track of your own. I get it. When dysfunction has been there since the beginning, it doesn’t feel like “trauma and then recovery.” It just feels like life. So when people ask what joy or safety feels like, you honestly don’t know. That’s why the work we do together isn’t about going back—it’s about restoring yourself forward. Here, you’ll learn: 🔥 How to feel and trust the full-body f*ck no without regret. 🌿 How to recognize and follow the full-body f*ck yes—the things that bring joy, safety, and calm. 💪 How to stop living in other people’s reality and create your unf*ckwithable self—grounded, unapologetic, and finally free. This isn’t about more explaining or more overthinking. It’s about creating real change by working with your nervous system, your body, and your choices—one moment at a time. You don’t have to keep managing everyone else’s life at the cost of your own. If this resonates, let’s connect. I’d love to support you as you finally create a life your body can say a full-body yes to.   https://www.lesliebrooksclc.com/ https://www.lesliebrooksclc.com/awww carriemyersauthor.comyourselfprogram.combethesparkmovement.comsoulshineunbound.com@cjmyerspoet@yourselfprogram@bethesparkmovement@soulshineunbound I hope you have found one inspiration, hope and wisdom in today’s episode.
