    SOLO: Perimenopause! My fresh education

    Send us Fan Mail Let’s talk Perimenopause!  Men, this will be helpful for you to understand too.  I’ve heard friends who are older than me talk about their symptoms and discuss HRT types with each other, but I didn’t pay much attention since it didn’t apply to me.  Well, now I’m educating myself!  and I’m here to turn around and share what I’ve learned so far.  I'm not a nutritionist or doctor or any expert on this, so go talk to your doctor about any of the things I mention before trying them yourself, but I am a Biohacker Mom who has been practicing herbalism and naturopathic healing methods for over 10 years now, and I am a curious person who also loves to connect with and share with others everything I learn!  so here’s what I’ve learned so far from many books and a whole lot of podcasts on the topic, and also trying things for myself.  Make sure to Subscribe, Rate/Review, Share the podcast so it can help all your friends too!  and thanks to everyone whose been listening and downloading already!     SOLO: Ever Tried Phone Fasting?

    Send us Fan Mail I’ve heard this term a couple times recently and was inspired to try it.  It really is so freeing and takes me back to the 1980s when you could “take your phone off the hook” when you wanted to be present with family or wanted to rest.  We didn’t used to be so available and reachable and reactive all the time.  Delaying the time you pick up your phone until after outdoor and morning routine time can reset your whole day for a more Proactive and Self Directed schedule instead of starting the day in Reactive mode.  Not taking your phone off the charger for a whole weekend day creates a whole ‘nother level of mindfulness on just how often you feel compelled to pick it up and handle admin and work tasks instead of truly having a DAY OF REST and introspection.  I challenge you to do a Phone Fast!  How long will you try?  And how often?  How frequently do you want to implement it?  I’m thinking I’d like to do at least 1 Sunday a month then probably just do every Sunday.  That feels so expansive for me!  What about you guys?

    SOLO: Event Recap - Teen Mastermind Live

    Send us Fan Mail My oldest kiddo and I went to Teen Mastermind Live in Phoenix this past week.  It’s a business event for teens, put on by a teen!  the event was so inspiring, the kids and parents there were such amazing people, the venue at Andy Elliott’s facility in Fountain Hills had the best energy, as did his team helping on site, and most of all, I loved getting to have the one on one time with just one of my kids, to bond and create core memories together!  I highly rec going 1:1 trips with just one kid.  and I also highly rec going to a Teen Mastermind Live event if you have a teen!  I’ll be having the Keith family (the hosts of the events) on the podcast soon! So stay tuned!

    SOLO: Use Time You ‘Buy Back’ for REST (not just hustling more)

    Send us Fan Mail You’ve heard all about “Buy Back Your Time” from the book by Dan Martell and I am all about outsourcing and getting your time back,  BUT… you do NOT need to turn around and hustle more in that time you just got back!  You don’t need to go make money in that moment, you can REST.  You can recharge your batteries so you operate from a place of Ease, Peace, Abundance when you create and connect, and from THAT is where more abundance flows to you!  Turning around and hustling even more with the time you get back from outsourcing will keep you in stressed-out-burnout mode, NOT feeling the relief you thought you’d feel from hiring help.  Then you end up giving up on the outsourcing because it feels like a waste of money that doesn’t provide relief!  Its not that it’s a waste of money, it’s that you’re so afraid to “waste your time” that you are overloading your schedule just as much as you did before, now it’s just in different categories!  When you buy back your time, use it for rest.  For downtime.  For free time that doesn’t have anything scheduled in its place.  Go walk in nature without listening to anything.  Take a nap.  Take a bubble bath and close your eyes and ears and have ZERO INPUT while you charge your batteries.  A phone doesn’t charge well when we’re trying to use it full force at the same time it’s plugged in. Neither do you.  Your down time doesn’t need to be productive.  Your downtime needs to be restful, for you to FEEL the BALANCE you’re setting out to feel by outsourcing and hiring help.  Now go find a pocket of time to REST in.  Then add more each day.  You’ll thank me a month from now   I can’t wait to hear what beautiful nothingness you had with your time.  That’s truly what Tenfolding Your Time is all about.  And that’s how to have a Tenfold Life.
