A wife, mom, and follower of Jesus.  I struggled with saying no to food for almost my entire life. It was to the point that I considered it an addiction in my life. I tried diet after diet, but nothing ever truly stuck for me. Even when I did lose some weight, I would always go back to my previous way of eating. I was stuck in this endless cycle of failure, shame, and guilt with my eating. That is, until God showed me what I was missing all along. I now have a simple approach to eating, and the Holy Spirit is fully transforming my health, my weight loss, my relationships with my loved ones, and my life.  He helped me create a plan that fits me, and that I can stick to. Now, my confidence is strong, I’m able to be active and present with my family, and I’m experiencing an inner peace in myself and in my relationships that before would have been only a dream.
