The ONLY Framework You Need to Charge $5,000+ as a Coach

Online coaches and consultants, if you’d like to sign your dream clients and scale, there's a link below that shows how we can help. It's a funnel, obviously, but it explains what we do if you're looking to scale.  https://youtu.be/P_H2U2jxYCQ  Being good at coaching doesn't automatically mean you'll make good money from it. You can be great at what you do and still struggle to sell if your offer is too vague. Something like "I help you find your identity" or "I help you love yourself more" might describe what you do, but nobody wakes up at 2am searching for that. So the offer falls flat, and the coach ends up selling $97 courses to people who never even open them. The coaches charging $2,000 to $5,000+ per client approach their offers differently. They focus on a specific problem people genuinely want solved and build the offer around the result. When the problem matters enough and the outcome is valuable enough, the price becomes much easier to justify. In this video, I walk through the framework we use to put that together. You'll see how to narrow your message and identify the obstacles standing between your client and the result they want. I also cover structuring guarantees that can improve conversions without putting your business at unnecessary risk, and positioning your method so prospects understand why it's different from the other options available to them. If your coaching business isn't producing the income you want, your offer is one of the first places I'd look. This episode tells you what to change.

This one thing doubled our webinar booking rate

Online coaches and consultants, if you’d like to sign your dream clients and scale, there's a link below that shows how we can help. It's a funnel, obviously, but it explains what we do if you're looking to scale.  https://youtu.be/P_H2U2jxYCQ  Getting webinar registrations isn't usually the hard part. A lot of webinar funnels fall apart when it comes to getting those registrants to actually show up. We ran a webinar funnel for a client that generated over £200,000 in a single month at a 4.88x return on ad spend. The ads worked and the offer worked, but one of the biggest improvements came from what happened after someone registered. That's a part of the funnel people often overlook. They spend money driving registrations, but don't have a proper system for keeping those leads engaged before the webinar goes live. In this video, I walk you through the entire webinar funnel we used. I cover the ads we run to bring people in, what happens after they opt in, and the confirmation sequence we use to keep them engaged before the webinar. You'll also see how the setter team follows up with registrants and gets more of them onto the live session. I also get into the webinar itself, because getting people there is only half the job. The way you teach and structure your presentation can determine whether people stay long enough to hear your offer and eventually buy. I break down how we approach that too. If you're selling a high-ticket offer through webinars, this is a system worth studying.
