Arizona State or Kansas after Week 1?? w/ Logan Mac | The Union Jack Classic Podcast | Episode 28

In Episode 28 of the Union Jack Classic Podcast, Tj, George and Sam look back at the opening weekend of the college football season and ask what Week 1 revealed about Arizona State and Kansas ahead of the Union Jack Classic. 🔱🐦🏈 Both teams are now officially underway, and with Wembley getting closer, the episode takes a deeper look at how the Sun Devils and Jayhawks started their seasons, what stood out and whether anything from Week 1 changes the picture heading into 19 September. For Kansas, Isaiah Marshall was one of the biggest talking points. The young quarterback looked hugely promising in Week 1, giving Jayhawks fans an early look at what he could bring to the offence this season. Tj, George and Sam discuss what stood out from his performance, what it could mean for Kansas going forward and whether the quarterback situation now looks any clearer. Arizona State also started fast. Cutter Boley and Kenny Dillingham opened the season on a high, with ASU giving plenty to talk about after their first game of the year. The group looks at how Boley performed, what Dillingham's team showed in Week 1 and where the Sun Devils already look dangerous. Attention then turns to Week 2. Both Arizona State and Kansas have another chance to build on their opening performances, with the podcast previewing both games and looking at the key things to watch as each team continues towards Wembley. And with one week of football now in the books, the big question is whether anything has changed. Have Week 1 performances shifted the predictions for the Union Jack Classic? Has either team moved ahead? And did the opening weekend expose anything that could become important when Arizona State and Kansas finally meet in London? Later in the episode, Tj and Ash are joined by special guest and country singer Logan Mac, who will be performing across Union Jack Classic weekend and at the game itself. 🤠🎤 They talk all things music, football and more, including Logan's journey through country music, his connection with the sport and what fans can expect from him across UJC weekend. All of that leads towards 19 September, when Arizona State and Kansas meet at Wembley Stadium as Big 12 college football comes to London for the Union Jack Classic. 👇 Let us know in the comments: What did you make of Arizona State and Kansas in Week 1? How impressed were you by Isaiah Marshall and Cutter Boley? In Episode 27 of the Union Jack Classic Podcast, George, Sam and Tj and Ash are joined by Chris Tebbutt from Depth Charts Sports to answer a question plenty of American football fans might not realise has an answer: what does college football look like in the UK? 🇬🇧🏈 Chris is an expert in British American Football, with particular knowledge of the university game, so we take a deeper look at British university American football, the BUCS system, how the level of play compares across the country and what the sport actually looks like for students playing American football at UK universities. Which QBs will start for Kansas and Arizona State?? | The Union Jack Classic Podcast | Episode 26

At Arizona State, Kentucky transfer Cutter Boley is battling sixth-year veteran Mikey Keene to replace Sam Leavitt.
