    TRANSCRIPT: So far, I hate it here is a podcast about feelings—the ones we sit with and the ones we run from. It's mostly about the ones we run from. I came to create this show by over-pathologizing myself, picking apart every emotion, thought, reaction and wondering Is this normal? Or is there something special about my pain? And what am I supposed to do with this pain, with this moment? How do people decide to get up and do this over and over again, Every day? This is a podcast about pain, about surrender, about growth, and knowing that it's necessary and beautiful, and literally what life is…and hating it.  If you're listening, I hope that this feels like catharsis. I made it for myself, but it would be dope if you heard yourself in here. I hope it's an affirmation for people who process things the way I do, which mostly means not processing until something cracks and it all spills out. I'd like to say that I'm working on it, but I'm a Sag(itarrius). So on some days, I slow down and really engage with this healing thing, but on most days I'm just down for an adventure.  So that's it. That's what you're signing up for when you press play.
