Behind every policy document is a person who carried it there. How does a proposal begin? What conversations happen before a bill is drafted? How does a village concern, a factory innovation, or a minority-region development challenge make its way to the national stage? On Two Sessions Voices, we go beyond the institutional façade of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to ask a simple question: what does representation look like in practice? These are not press statements. They are conversations about doubt, compromise, research trips, and responsibility. This isn’t commentary about China. It’s a dialogue with the people inside the system — in their own words. Search for Two Sessions Voices wherever you listen to your favorite podcast!
