Entropy, Thermodynamics, and the Limits of Natural Processes

In previous episodes, we examined cosmology, genetics, and the origin of life. Today we turn to physics. Specifically: Thermodynamics and ask the question…… Does the Second Law of Thermodynamics constrain evolution or biological change? And more broadly — what does entropy imply about the direction and limits of natural processes?

Abiogenesis and the Signature of Intelligence

In our previous episode, we examined genetics and evolutionary mechanisms. Today we go deeper — to the origin of life itself. Before natural selection. Before replication. Before gene mutation. How did the first living system arise from non-living chemistry?

Genetics, Evolution, and the Question of Design

In the last three episodes, we examined cosmology, biblical interpretation, and radiometric dating. Today we move into biology. In a short time we will attempt to not explain but show the extreme complexity of DNA. Specifically: What does modern genetics tell us about design? And how should Christians think about it?

How Do We Measure the Age of the Earth?

In the last two episodes, we examined cosmology and Genesis. Today we turn to a specific and measurable question: How do scientists determine the age of the Earth? Well, it’s not philosophically or symbolically. It’s done quantitatively. Using empirical methods. And ask, how should Christians respond to the data? Today we’ll walk step by step through the science of dating techniques and their limitations.

Genesis 1: History, Theology, and Design

In the contemporary intellectual landscape, the "Whispers of Deep Time" serves as a strategic bridge where the rigor of empirical discovery meets the depths of sacred tradition. For too long, the opening chapters of Genesis have been reduced to a cultural and scientific battleground, where the rigid demands of literalism clash with the overwhelming evidence of geology and cosmology.

    The Architecture of Reality

Explore the intersection of cosmology, chaos theory, and theology to understand the universe’s origins and its underlying structure. We argue that the universe is not eternal but had a definite beginning, a fact supported by scientific evidence like cosmic expansion and fine-tuning. This scientific reality is presented as being in harmony with biblical narratives that describe an intentional creator bringing order out of a formless void. Ultimately, we seek to bridge the gap between scientific observation and religious faith by identifying the inerences that the cosmos is a complex, purposeful, contingent design.
