    Raise Your Dating Standards (1 Corinthians 13:11, Proverbs 18:22)

    You keep saying you want a man who will lead you, pray with you, and show up for you, especially when things get hard. Yet, you continue to date (and get sad over) the most childish of losers who are nowhere near ready to be a husband. In this encore episode, we answer a DM from Christine, who is actively going through (and failing to get over) a breakup, and he continues to lead her on and send her mixed signals. As much as we can get annoyed with his actions, we have to take accountability for how we're repeating mistakes and need to start dating differently (and raise our standards in every area or our lives) and PUT GOD FIRST.     Open Up Your Physical Bible (Psalm 119:105)

    It took me 36 years, before I finally started reading out of my actual, physical Bible -- and regularly. I'd go to Church regularly, get a "verse of the day" sent to my inbox, and even had the Bible app on my phone home screen, but there was something about that BIG book that felt overwhelming, intimidating, or some irrational form of "too much" to me.     God Will NEVER Send You a Married Man (Romans 8 : 5-6)

    I resisted recording and even posting this one, which probably means we really need to talk about this... In this episode, we’re talking about married men, separated men, undercover situations, work crushes, and the "it's complicated" ways we can convince ourselves that the reddest of flags and the guiltiest of secrets are somehow sent from the Spirit.
