We take a GLIMPSE into different modalities, processes, experiences, concepts all for the sake of a better, fuller more balanced and purposeful life!  We dive into Breathwork, Gratitude, Law of Attraction, Visualization, manifestation, you name it, if it brings more peace and love into this world and our lives, we want to know about it! Megan is a trauma informed breathwork facilitator and is passionate about sharing breathwork with the world and also learning and growing every day in hopes of a better and more loving world!  As a once single (for the first 6 years of her child's life) mom of a neurodivergent kiddo, she understands the plight of raising a child that struggles and is still forging her path and learning new ways to support her child, all while living striving for joy, balance and inspiration. Her hope is to help other moms earlier and in their child's life to find tools and practices that focus inward instead of using external forces to numb and relax - like scrolling for quick dopamine, comparing on social media, the nightly wine.
