    MoInProgress Ep. 8 | Current State of Mo

    It's been a few months since the last episode of MoInProgress, and a lot has happened. In Episode 8, "Current State of Mo," I'm back behind the microphone to catch up on life, reflect on some personal changes, and talk about everything that's happened since we last connected. This episode is a little more personal than usual. I open up about the passing of my older brother, Matthew, the episode we originally planned to record together with our sister, and how losing him has affected me in ways I'm still learning to understand. I also share a couple of hilarious memories of growing up with him and reflect on the unique bond between siblings. From there, we lighten things up with a trip down memory lane, talking about returning to Matoaca and Ettrick for homecoming, reconnecting with old friends, and the excitement surrounding Central District high school football. Of course, it wouldn't be MoInProgress without some sports talk! I get into my frustrations with the Carolina Panthers, why the NBA doesn't capture my attention the way it once did, and how my relationship with sports media has changed, particularly when it comes to ESPN and athlete-led podcasts. I also touch on some upcoming projects, including gaming streams, College Football 27 TeamBuilder creations, and what's next for MoVision Media. Life doesn't always go according to plan, and sometimes the journey takes an unexpected turn. But the progress continues.     Episode 7: What Happened to Fun?!?

    When did life become so serious? Somewhere between growing up, paying bills, raising families, chasing careers, and trying to keep everything together...it feels like many of us forgot how to simply have fun. In this episode, I take a trip down memory lane—sharing stories from my childhood, teenage years, and college days. From playing basketball until the street lights came on, carrying game consoles from house to house, throwing unforgettable parties, and the random adventures that somehow became lifelong memories...this episode is all about remembering the moments that didn't cost much but meant everything.
