    1 Corinthians 12 Bible Study, Hammerli 22 Rifle Review & PBD Cantina Single Barrel Rye

    On this episode, we discuss what John is teaching us about spiritual gifts, how they are given, and why they are so important. We talk about how each of us has been blessed with different gifts from God, and sometimes it takes someone else recognizing those gifts before we see them ourselves. Then we get into the German-made Hammerli .22 rifle. The bolt design is definitely unusual, but it certainly works. Dean explains why he chose this rifle for NRL22 competition shooting, discusses the scope he selected, and goes over his bipod setup. The big question is: will it shoot as good as we hope? You'll have to watch and find out. Finally, we get to the whiskey portion of the episode and crack open another Pine Bluffs Distilling product. This time it's a single-barrel rye selected by Cantina Liquors in Wellington, Colorado, and it's only available there. At around $60 a bottle, this barrel-strength rye delivers a smooth drinking experience with excellent rye character. We enjoyed it so much that we felt it was worth the drive down I-25 for another bottle. Cantina did an excellent job selecting this barrel. It has a rich color, a wonderful nose, and a flavor profile that kept us coming back for more.     What Does 1 Corinthians 10 & 11 Really Mean? | Pine Bluffs Triticale Whiskey Review | NRL.22 Rifle

    On this episode we dive into 1 Corinthians 10 & 11 and really point out what jumped out to us during our study. We were definitely a little rusty coming back after a big break lol, so bear with us on this one. Dean reads from his notes and always brings some really solid points and teachings that help us better understand what Paul is writing and the message he's trying to get across. Then we dive into Colton’s budget-friendly NRL .22 rifle build that doesn’t break the bank. It started with a Savage Mark II that had just been sitting in his gun safe with nothing to do. He ordered a scope and bipod from Amazon, put enough rounds through it to build confidence in the setup, and got it dialed in. Colton also talks about how his rifle really seems to love SK Standard Plus ammo and shoots it very consistently. After the rifle discussion, we crack open some rare and hard-to-find Pine Bluffs Distilling round bottle single malt whiskey. You can definitely tell it was a younger whiskey at around 6 months old, but if you ever come across a bottle, don’t be afraid to give it a try. It’s smooth and has a very distinct flavor profile. Then we crack open a newer bottle from Pine Bluffs Distilling called Cantina Triticale Whiskey. If you’re wanting to grab this one, you’ll have to head over to Wellington, Colorado to pick it up. Cantina Liquor came up to Pine Bluffs Distilling, selected the barrel themselves, and purchased it as a barrel pick. They absolutely knocked it out of the park because we were all very impressed with the nose, flavor, and overall smoothness of the triticale whiskey.     Romans 10 EXPLAINED! @Spicer-Shoots Brings the .50 Cal + Crown Royal Rye Review!!!

    On this episode, we dive into Romans 10 and do our best to break it down in a way that everyone can understand a little better. We discuss salvation, faith, and what it means to truly believe and confess Christ. Then @Spicer-Shoots brings a few toys for us to check out. We start with his Gen 3 Glock 17, featuring home stippling and some tasteful upgrades that really set it apart. After that, we move on to his 6.5 Grendel, where he explains why he built it and the purpose behind the setup. Then we get to the big boy... the .50 Cal. My goodness, that thing is HEAVY. We did not pass that monster around because of its sheer size and weight. Finally came the dreaded last segment... the Crown Royal Rye review. If you're looking for a true rye whiskey experience, this one missed the mark for us. For the price, there are much better options sitting on the shelf. We didn’t expect greatness, but we’ll still say Crown Royal makes a solid mixer. Faith. Firearms.     Romans 9 Will Challenge You… | Nemo .300 Win Mag Review & High West Rye

    On this episode of God, Guns & Glencairns, we take a deep dive into Romans 9 and do our best to unpack and understand the Word of God—tackling some of the tougher truths about His will, mercy, and purpose. Then we head out to the range with the Nemo .300 Win Mag, topped with a Vortex Viper scope. Let me tell you—this rifle is worth the money. The action is smooth, recoil is very manageable, and it’s an absolute powerhouse when it comes to performance. To wrap things up, we pour a glass of High West Rye Whiskey. It’s a smooth and subtle drink—the nose is calm and doesn’t jump out at you. If you add ice, it becomes very mild, almost to the point of losing its flavor.
