    What happens when we stop judging ourselves and simply observe our experience? In this first transmission of Blackseed, we explore what becomes possible when we pause long enough to notice what is alive within us without immediately trying to fix, explain, or push it away. Through a simple practice, we practice observing what arises in the body, without judgment.    The reflection and practice are not about arriving at answers, but about planting seeds of awareness that can grow through honest witnessing of our own experience.
