Inner Stillness: I Never Understood "How" Until I Learned TM

Tamara Julien had the experience that many others have had when it comes to meditation. In this episode: How did a desperate prayer enliven Tamara’s TM practice? And what was the unexpected outcome that officially stabalized it?How did things become more clear for Tamara as a result of her practice? And what kind of support did she receive in her life outside of meditation as a result of it?How did she implement the practice of inner stillness for her students? And what were the results?Every time inconsistency showed up with her practice, what would follow? What did meditation look like for her before she learned TM?How did her practice support her struggle with anxiety and depression? What did it feel like for Tamara to be “looking for the anxiety” only to find that it wasn’t there? What is creative intelligence? How do we tap into it?What is the “how” of successful meditation and how did Tamara find it with TM?
