    The Sacred Pause

    Does the thought of taking a break fill you with dread and relief simultaneously?  There is so much wisdom to be found in intentional pauses, and today's episode breaks down my own experience with taking steps back from important projects in life to find a renewed sense of perspective and emotional insight and power.  However, despite the benefits of leaning into breaks or slower periods, it can be so psychologically difficult to allow ourselves the opportunity to release momentum and enter the void.
