    There's a moment in a lot of conversations where someone hardens, withdraws, or quietly stops trying — even when nothing dramatic has been said. This episode is about what's happening in that moment. Building on the first two episodes, Katie slows things down to name one of the most common and most misunderstood distinctions in communication: the difference between being heard and being agreed with — and what goes wrong when we confuse the two.
