The Myth of Our Natural Exhausted Intelligence: Bypassing Human Friction for Artificial Control

Open Access Episode ( 52 Min) This episode first premiered on my Owning HER Health Podcast ( Ep 103) but I thought it is an important conversation to have here as well because I am in the process of recording and writing a Substack Series around the humans side of AI integrations that I am concerned Silicon Valley is either ignorant or ignoring. You decide. Key Points Overview * The Refusal of Evolutionary Integration: * The Pathology of Friction Removal: * The Linguistic Shift from Humans to Agents: * Fabricated Demand and Psych-Ops Economics: * The Myth of Exhausted Human Intelligence: The tech elite operates on the arrogant assumption that humanity has exhausted its understanding of its own internal technologies (intuition, somatic integration, ancient wisdom). This premise justifies the reckless rollout of uncontrolled artificial systems before our own psychological and governance models have matured. Human Systems Thinking vs. The AI Hype I speak to a lot of different things I see inter connected. I will get into more depth on each of these different nodes in other essays and AfterGlow Show podcasts so consider subscribing. Dr. Lissette Alvarez- Holland, DPT, AT, WHNC, CAP is a strategic advisor exploring sustainable leadership, relational capital, and boutique healthcare enterprise design. Her work helps clinic owners and community-based organizations build resilient, human-centered systems in a rapidly changing world. The Quiet Risk Inside AI-Enabled Care: Why “Feeling Understood” Is Not the Same as Practicing Well

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit curvyhustle.substack.com These Afterglow Podcasts are intended to serve as micro learning bonuses. Today's Lesson: How Should Small Health BE Integrating BIG Tech? There is a very specific advantage allied healthcare providers like Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Elder care and Child Care givers, Midwifery groups, Doulas, Sleep Trainers, Health Coaches, Mental Health Therapists and even Yoga Therapists, who can operate in direct access have right now that the larger medical system is still slow to recognize: * We are not waiting for permission to integrate AI. * You are already using it to make documenting lighter * We see it can design our prior created programs more efficiently. * We want it to stretch limited time into something that still feels human without displacing humans in the evaluation and supervision of optimal care, even if takes over plan execution. But there is a craft and expert artistry that can not be removed from the process of healing, even if capitalism and the industrial mindset, led by the American US, has done our best to manufacture outcomes. The ethics of healing and that hippocratic oath could admit that despite all the medical care tech, the health tech and the biometrics, we have been horrible at manufacturing new actual health inside the metrics of economic success. If anything, there are not enough people inside healthcare who are being the canaries in the coal mine around mass adoptions without the human friction in the very biopsychosocial and spiritual needs being centered over max adoption for agentic, non human frictionless profits. What About Small Health Being The Guardrails? Here are a few things that community health facing providers and owner/ operators of clinics or care centers can do different than corporate medicine’s use of AI. * You are already a fast and critical thinker, yet you are not actually looking to hand over the relational interviews and creation of trust that is so important in the post acute care, functional diagnosis. * You using AI for thinking faster or handing it over to decide what is the patient’s medical and risk diagnosis. You already have it and it really is not the core determinant of how and what you will deliver to get them back into their general or special roles inside community enrollment. * Think way bigger and wider than an AI for notes. You want AI to organize your observations and the patient’s subjective inquires to find the common threads inside the conversational complexity and to do that using set constraints in sources for data aggregations. The AI you wrap your bots around must be able to meet more than HIPAA. Do you know how many clinics are employing staff who use their own AI, from various vendors, and thus exposing multiple risks, because the clinic owners refuse to learn more about it? See Bonus notes for: 1) What They Never Assumed You Would Need in Professional Schools 2) The Health or Care Breakdown 3) Why AI Is Not Just a Tool in Care Economy Systems 4) The Subtle Shift Most Providers Miss 5) Why This Matters More in Allied Health Than in Medicine 6) The Real Risks in Poor Integrations 7) Thinking System-Level AI Strategy Becomes a Care Ethics Issue Closing Thought The future of community health will not be determined by who uses AI the fastest. It will be determined by who understands the difference between: systems that support human intelligence and systems that begin to replace the felt experience of human authority

    The Reframe And Name Change.

You may have noticed I changed the name of my publication from The Curvy Hustle Reframe® to The Owning HER Health ™ Afterglow. I finally accepted that my prolific daily writing has got to get published. I woke up the other day and accepted a list of things about me you should know because I will be using this vocabulary. For example: I am a bio spiritual artist in my human being. I feel humans are designed to be and not designed to do things constantly. That is how I view my personal body’s use and the soul that houses my piece of spirit consciousness. I see the mind as a field of consciousness within, through and generated by me and the mind field that of all the other’s around me. That helps me separate and be the witness of their psychosocial stuff, outside mine and the flesh of me. I consider employment a job, the roles you play the work and that anyone can make a career out of their roles’ work as a service or have that inspire a product. I consider what someone may define as “their purpose for life” more like God’s intent and their personal intent is what I consider their will and the benchmarks of meeting that intent are their goals. I will be speaking more to this in the download of guides and lexicon I make available for paid members supporting the evolution of this publication. Fair warning, here are the basics: * I am called to publish in a few ways. Many notes begin, and get published, as streams of consciousness. * Most of my articles begin as streams of consciousness that I attempt to reengineer as formal articles if I can. * Many of my random notes are thoughts and may ask for help fleshing them put for my Podcast and while my Substack and Podcast are now linked, they are not the same thing. ( Btw- wrote this on my phone so excuse any visuals and my miss of any errors) Here are the more nuanced things you may see expressed in my writing: I Finally Accepted I Am Not Normal 1) I thank God everyday that I was not seduced by the American version of neuronormative for my entire life, yet I wouldn’t wish navigating the spaces of a Dark Night of the Soul or it’s more mature older sister, the Dark Night of the Spirit, on anyone but my enemies. I will eventually write about both here, and what makes them different, but I want to speak and write about the past decade in a way that can be helpful and relatable. The hero’s journey might be part of every human psyche, but trust me, this sacred success path is 100% a daily choice of integrity to stay on. Notice I did not say superiority or some cosmic transmutation. It is very, very human! And thus, it is not popular. Not yet, anyway. I will say that the Dark Night of the Spirit creeps in so much more subtle than that of the Soul. Just when you think you accomplished an escape from the mass illusion of American imperialism and things are getting good... BAM! Like I said, it needs an article for itself, but I want to let you know that it is out there. You are not regressing and have not failed. You are so damn close but it had you rest in a way no spiritual training prepares us for. That is why I stepped away from my podcasting. A Maturing Polymath’s Life is Very Interesting, Entertaining but Lonely 2) As a polymath who has forever enjoyed new things to learn , I was surprised by the sense of holding the duality of both feeling complete and feeling hungry for new knowledge. The way I can describe it is that before The Dark Night of the Soul, you may feel like the Hungry Catepillar. During the Dark Night of the Spirit, you actually feel inclined to fast, but it feels easy because you have refined your taste buds from wanting a bit of everything, to only wanting to consume for nutrient density, and you know exactly what you are missing at this point. I am calling this phase as the Butterfly, my “Uncounted Era”, and I know I am not alone in thinking these past 7 years have really been a necessary shit show we would have refused to participate in had we ever seen coming. Actually we all realize now we did so it had to be by some cosmic covering that we started the bio spiritual prep work, a long time before 2020 even hit. No matter how intelligent anyone was or claiming they were a multidimensional being, they did not have the level of debacle on their visionary bingo card. If you are reading this, you are likely relating to the heartbreak of it. I Will Need More Anchors in An Undemocratic US World of AI 3) I know how to be a leader in a crisis and as a consultant. I know how to be an anchor for myself since a kid, and eventually I learned how to be an anchor for others through my roles as a parent, therapist and coach, but the last few years hit me different. I was not needed much in those roles. Now comes in AI. Good news, if you are still reading this, you are much more inclined to use AI very well and much more mindfully with discernment, but we do need some natural intelligence and are likely not yet interested in using AI for vibe coding. Am I right? Even the US seems to be forcing it down our throats as it is going through a divorce and posting AI generated briefs and images of itself taking on this new role as a global villain. I don’t know about you, but the realization that there is a grandpa playing with tech they seriously do not understand, and connecting it to our military, financial and medical systems was a deeply, couture, diamond cut grief experience. But just because I accept the AI, and the US ass whooping we about to go through, I am still very much recalibrating. Therefore, I accept I need a small, intimate circle of maybe 5-10 people who want to use AI but also know, there is a major money push for it’s adoption. This “phase” of US facist FOMO is not disappearing by itself unless, we the people, make it go. We need to understand the possibilities to stop the bad outcomes and for that, we can’t just let the bad actors run amuck. The stats so far aren’t great. They are already to the point they are set to leave the women and more marginalized groups systemically and purposely out of it again to maintain caste like classes. So I will be writing about good use cases with it and bad use cases, like how I had to pull away from AI expert training because the company got majorly invested into by Meta. Also, I had to leave my platform Kajabi when the poor human/tech AI automations ruined the product experience for me. On top of that, I am very mindful of my Gen Z kid’s vibes. They are not the one’s vibe coding. They are in circles of Gen Z who are much more socially conscious and are not embracing AI with the same mass urgency of AI adoption some looking to cash out, before the market crashes out are. They are not stupid. It is being used against them if they are not already financially comfortable or sovereign or solvent. For good or bad, they ended up like me, not really motivated by the money yet, very motivated to contribute ans not add problems to the world. One last thing, 53 years inside the extractive commodity driven system has taught me that nothing is given for free. That being said, anyone want to go on a get myself off Google adventure in 2026 with me? There are people like this I do genuinely want to help myself off of that data mining suite I call for guardrails, not because I am scared but because I am intelligent. AI is imperfect tech and so I will be writing more leaning into AI health, human system infrastructural wellness and how the care economy can use it with good ethics. I will not be offering anything about becoming a tech millionaire using it. Our lives are already being reduced to care codes and syntax. So again, if you are curious, but aware of the market incentives like me, you too may need a few new anchors. Not a sales webinar or course on this so I won’t be writing one for you or making money off anything that is not aligned to secure, sustainable adoptions. I am Not Unkind 4) Kindness is clarity. Niceness is purposely avoiding any discomfort for the other person. Neither of these are confrontational unless we ourselves have no capacity to process uncomfortable emotions when exposed or reflective. If I offer an affiliate link I likely personally know the owner or use the product or service. I am more than happy to gift my paying supporters with taking over the load of finding good things that make their lives healthier and happier while we do the stressful things others won’t have the capacity for until we show them how to. This is network leverage. This is kindness, after a couple of decades of collapsed critical thinking and massive entertainment as a distraction. Human adults are not discerning without training and the market took advantage of it. ( Go watch the HBO show MadMen). I Am Not Unproductive and Lazy 5) Admit it. Actually, let’s own it! You and I have been doing what we could, but the definite signal for 2025 and so far in early 2026 was “Be the witness, Not the doer”. Am I right? Many of us stepping back in, took this last bit of a 40 year reality show season, likely not into selling new things online or even found yourself career pivoting. If you were, it hasn’t been the way it used to be. That is because the whole world moved from personal energy work, into the field work since the pandemic and project 2025 was a call in for coherence, not power moves from those who are going to be okay through this more than others. Think of it like this, we graduated from the 3D matrix, but we don’t have to die to do it like Jesus or a swami like Paramahansa Yogananda did. That’s because some of us aren’t untethered souls anymore. We got the anchoring in our nervous system everyone is talking about which is why we are ready to form some trust again with a select group of others. This is what living neuro regulated feels like. You don’t stop feeling anxious or sad or frustrated. You just get really adep

The Inner Mood Swings of Success: Witnessing the Evolution

Start writing today. Use the button below to create a Substack of your own I wanted to share an interesting experience I had while being sick. It was a rare day for me to feel under the weather, but it gave me a chance to observe something important about #entrepreneurlife. Despite starting my day with productive habits inspired by "Atomic Habits," my physical condition affected my mindset. I was determined to fight the virus and listened to my body, making the conscious decision to rest and stay in bed. I took advantage of my control over my time and energy, without feeling guilty about it. I wondered if others experienced similar mood shifts. By midday, I felt good about how I was conserving my energy because pushing myself when I felt unwell didn't align with my philosophy of being the CEO of my life, practicing The Curvy Hustle Ways. I had important plans and commitments coming up, and I needed to be well for them. However, something interesting happened around 5:30 pm. Perhaps you can relate as a strong person who struggles with perfectionism as a safety net. Suddenly, negative thoughts crept in, telling me I was unproductive and too lazy to make the impact I desired in women's leadership and social equity. Where did that come from? Despite the alignment between my body and mind earlier in the day, I found myself in a downward spiral emotionally, mentally, and physically. In my vlog, I discuss the three steps I took to reframe my mindset and protect my self-awareness throughout the process. It's crucial to understand that as a successful business owner and founder of a mission or ministry, you need to develop the ability to witness and understand your own fluctuations and moods. According to Vedic wisdom, we are influenced by natural forces, and as a leader, it's our responsibility to identify and navigate those forces. The most empowering thing you can do is step back, witness yourself, and calmly redirect your energy in a different direction. I wanted to emphasize this concept and encourage you to embody excellence, as constant evolution and growth are part of the journey. Beware of power leaks that hinder your progress – Curvy Hustlers don't allow them! If you're interested in learning more about stepping into your core leadership like this, be sure to check out my popular flagship Jumpstart offer where in less than 30 days I go into greater detail and provide energetic explanations for all your energy leaks and power flex archetypes for aligning your mind, body, and business intentions. Remember, your envisioned impact requires mindfulness and the right tools. Keep striving for your excellence! xoxo-Dr.Lisa This is a public episode.
