Finding Your Voice and Prioritizing Your Values with Executive Coach Lisa Condon

Coach Jackie welcomes executive coach and international speaker Lisa Condon to discuss the “I got it girl” experience of appearing to have it all together while living from survival, control, and fear. Lisa shares growing up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a “don’t talk about feelings” culture, experiencing childhood sexual trauma, and losing her voice in a male-dominated corporate newspaper career despite conventional success. A pivotal moment came when a publisher tried to withhold earned commissions from Lisa’s team, prompting her to speak up from an integrity-based place and catalyzing her shift toward consulting and building community impact work, including creating “Nonprofit Palooza” at a Vermont music festival. They explore recognizing resistance, head vs. heart alignment, identifying core values, the importance of having coaches, and Lisa’s key lesson: you don’t always value your priorities, but you can always prioritize your values. 00:00 Welcome and Guest Intro 00:47 Meet Lisa Condon 01:51 What Is the I Got It Girl 03:06 Corporate Success vs True Dream 04:17 Finding Her Voice 08:16 The Integrity Showdown 11:35 Saying Yes to Consulting 16:05 Nonprofit Palooza and Heart Space 17:50 Cards and New Energy 18:33 Heart Space Work 19:25 Childhood Clues 21:06 Annual Why Audit 23:01 Coaches Need Coaches 24:27 Resistance Vs Ease 25:35 What Alignment Means 29:17 Core Values Shift 33:04 Prioritize Your Values 35:49 Connect With Lisa 36:44 Wrap Up And Subscribe For all things Lisa Condon https://lisacondon.com/services-1 For all things Coach Jackie click here https://destinymakers.net/links You will find access to all my programs, freebies, and ways to create your freedom life!

From “I Got It” to Letting Go: Julie Marty Pearson on Podcasting, Purpose & Owning Your Voice In this episode I get to welcome Julie Marty Pearson, the podcast mentor who helped me launch the I Got it Girl podcast, to discuss how podcasting creates an equal playing field and why more women’s voices are needed in the space. She explains how trying career coaching and a career podcast didn’t work and then starting a pet podcast helped her find her passion for interviewing and connection, leading to a coaching business helping others launch and grow shows. From Caregiver Burnout to Healing: Kat Mitchell on Reiki, Hypnotherapy, NLP & putting yourself first I got the honor to welcome Kat Mitchell to the I Got It Girl podcast to discuss how the “I got it” mindset can lead to overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout, and how surrender, support, and healing tools can help. Kat shares her caregiving journey from 2015–2024, including caring for a cousin with end-stage liver disease, making end-of-life decisions, later supporting her dad, then navigating her mom’s Alzheimer’s/dementia and her brother’s multiple strokes while rebuilding neural pathways and learning to meet people where they are. She also describes losing her partner in 2021, moving without income, breaking her right arm, and adapting day-by-day with prayer and new systems. From Corporate to Unemployable: Owning Your Power with Jenelle (Jen) Ingram Coach Jackie welcomes longtime friend and fellow podcaster Jenelle (Jen) Ingram, a business identity coach who helps women leave their “corporate girl era” and turn side hustles into full-time businesses. They discuss the push-pull between safety and risk, how women are taught to soften or hide directness, and the difference between empathy and self-abandonment. Jenelle shares insights from a friendship breakup, the importance of radical responsibility, and how corporate environments can train women to filter themselves. They explore control, trust, and the need for a catalyst—often anger or dissatisfaction—to create change, including Jenelle’s realization that taking back control required transforming her health and self-trust. From Invisible to Invincible: Karen Rae's Journey of Self-Empowerment

From “I Got It” to Letting Go: Over-Functioning, Feeling Invisible & Being Brave with Karen Rae In this episode I have the honor of interviewing my dear friend and peer, Karen Rae, the owner of FAVE and the Being Brave tour. We explore how “I got it” can show up as control, over-functioning, and taking on others’ feelings, and how surrender, trust, and receiving can create deeper connections. Karen shares that during her divorce she realized she felt “invisible” in her own life, prompting tears, self-reflection, and a long, layered process of awareness, and taking responsibility for herself rather than carrying everyone else. They discuss letting people make their own choices, the exhaustion of doing it all alone, and rediscovering the vibrant, fearless self that can get buried. Karen shares a free downloadable Being Brave Tour magazine and supporting podcast that both offer short reflections, prompts, exercises, and ways to connect with fellow featured brave women. 00:00 Welcome and Guest Intro 01:01 Being Brave and I Got It Girl 03:26 Control vs Surrender 04:51 Overfunctioning and Divorce 06:27 The Invisible Moment 09:36 Awareness and Letting Go 12:24 Pause Assess Respond 14:55 Welcome Back Vibrancy 16:23 Reclaiming Childlike Creativity 17:27 Nature and Community Lessons 18:20 Unmasked Mini Reflections 19:08 Free Magazine Highlights 20:58 Podcast Companion Series 22:00 Women With Wealth Vision 22:57 You Are Not Alone 23:58 Dropping the Do It All 27:30 Letting Go With Kids 30:42 Empty Nest Identity Shift 32:22 Where to Find Karen 33:34 Allow Yourself to Receive 34:07 Final Thanks and Subscribe You can find Karen and her Free offer here: Direct link to Being Brave Magazine - Jackie Cote feature: https://heyzine.com/flip-book/e318e40780.html www.favelifestyles.app https://www.facebook.com/groups/1376732479321793 For all things Coach Jackie click here https://destinymakers.net/links You will find access to all my programs, freebies, and ways to create your freedom life!

Navigating Life's Challenges with Trust and Travel with Sandy Colling

From Rock Bottom to World Travel: Sandy’s Letting Go Story In this episode I get to hang out with Sandy, a trilingual world traveler originally from Germany who has been to 39 countries and now runs “Just Travel with Sandy,” leads group tours, and wrote a book about how travel shaped her life. Sandy shares her “I Got it Girl” turning point of leaving her marriage after spending 28 years with an alcoholic husband. When he threatened their teenage daughter, Sandy asked him to leave and was quickly evicted while being financially dependent and forced to start her life over. She describes hitting rock bottom, food stamps, odd jobs, giving up her horses, yet feeling happier than she was while rebuilding for her kids. Later realizing that she stayed for the kids but staying “for the children” can harm them more than help them. Sandy credits her new life to a deep spiritual practice, Dr. David Hawkins’ “Letting Go” book, and trusting that life happens for us, not to us. Sandy explains how she pivoted into full-time travel advising after losing her job and is now doing what she truly loves and it never feels like work. 00:00 Welcome and Guest Intro 00:45 Sandy Background and Passions 02:49 Podcast Theme I Got Girl 04:00 Marriage Breaking Point 05:21 Reinventing at Rock Bottom 09:20 Staying for the Kids Myth 12:14 Identity and Financial Independence 13:15 Spiritual Practice Letting Go 16:20 Radical Responsibility and PAR 19:33 No Perfect Self Care Routine 21:29 Morning Coffee Ritual 22:40 Coffee Origins and Palate 23:38 Mushroom Coffee and Caffeine Sensitivity 25:16 From Traveler to Travel Advisor 27:27 Turning Gifts Into Income 28:46 Pressure Versus Pleasure 29:52 Surrender and Letting Energy Flow 32:27 EU Flight Compensation Story 33:43 Non Attachment and Minimalism 34:38 Trust the Process Takeaway 37:18 Letting Go and Feeling Feelings 38:08 Where to Find Sandy 39:27 Final Thanks and Subscribe You can find and follow Sandy Colling with the following link: https://bio.justtravelwithsandy.com/home908934 For all things Coach Jackie click here https://destinymakers.net/links You will find access to all my programs, freebies, and ways to create your freedom life!

Embrace the Power of Your Story: Insights from a Broadcast Veteran with Laurie Hardie

In this episode of the I Got It Girl podcast, I get the honor to interview Laurie Hardie, who inspired me to start podcasting as a way to share stories and remind women they don’t have to carry everything alone. Laurie reflects on her “I Got it Girl” years as a single mom without support, the pressure of unrealistic expectations, and learning to let go in small ways, like accepting a sock basket and dishes in the sink without shame. We discuss coaching and the importance of deep listening, reflection on our Enneagram number, the “helper” (and its unhealthy patterns), and how control and survival can block deeper love and connection. Laurie shares her path from radio to paid radio shows, writing a book, navigating being an empty nester and community loss. She now is helping women launch podcasts by empowering them on how to do it themselves and grow successfully. She closed on how storytelling is your legacy and speaking the truth without attachment and knowing you are making a difference. 00:00 Welcome and Inspiration 01:08 Why Coaches Need Podcasts 02:12 Laurie’s Single Mom Story 04:00 Enneagram Two Lessons 05:38 Jackie’s Helper Shadow 08:01 Survival and Control 10:29 Letting Go Starts Small 13:14 Empty Nest Shift 14:58 Believe Versus Lie 16:25 Rewriting the Inner Story 18:26 Teaching Clients to Fish 19:11 Presence Over Presents 20:04 Coaching Is Listening 21:10 Back to Radio 21:46 Talk Like One Person 23:14 Power of One Story 23:56 Free Content Builds Trust 26:12 Where to Find Laurie 28:25 Story as Legacy 30:15 Detach From Results 32:05 Why Stories Work 32:50 Closing Thanks and Subscribe You find and follow up with Laurie at http://www.coachlaurie.com For all things Coach Jackie click here https://destinymakers.net/links You will find access to all my programs, freebies, and ways to create your freedom life!
