    MK Ultra Congressional Investigation: Disclosure, Esalen Institute Archives, Psionics, and Exoconsciousness

    Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST, the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets convenes a landmark hearing, Mind Control and Accountability: Uncovering the Truth of the CIA’s MKULTRA Experiments. Chairwoman Rep. Anna Paulina Luna — the same congresswoman who chaired last week’s Disclosure Foundation Forum at the Kennedy Caucus Room — will lead the examination. The witnesses: Stephen Kinzer, Senior Fellow at Brown University and author of the biography of CIA mind control architect Sidney Gottlieb, and Tom O’Neill, investigative journalist and author of Chaos: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties. Here are 3 questions I want Congress to ask: * Why does Esalen Institute, the CIA-adjacent consciousness research center in Big Sur, California, maintain an active online archive of the very MKUltra doctors who experimented on children? * Why do the CIA and intelligence insiders now leading UAP Disclosure rarely mention MKUltra, especially the experiments on children and Experiencers? * Who made the decision to hold Jake Barber’s Psionic event at Esalen, October 14–18, 2024, to emphasize calling in orbs/craft in a well-known CIA location known for research into consciousness, drugs, and sex? Land Minds Congress Won’t Approach Earlier this year, I published a Substack: Part 3: Psionics: Paranormal Experiments with Children: Innocents at Risk--Exoconscious Adult Responsibilities. I documented a disturbing convergence: the CIA’s MKUltra mind control program, paranormal experimentation on children, the Esalen Institute, and the current Psionics movement connecting through UAP Disclosure circles. That convergence is more timely and relevant today than when I wrote it in March 2024. Here are the convergences. Tread carefully. There may be Land Minds. MKUltra: What Congress Already Knows MKUltra ran from 1953 to 1973. It was a sprawling CIA program of behavioral research — drugs, electroshock, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, psychic manipulation — conducted on soldiers, prisoners, psychiatric patients, and members of the general public. Without their consent. Most well known, it used LSD. Less well known, and almost never discussed in UAP or Disclosure circles — MK Ultra experimented on innocent children. The CIA’s own documents, surviving after Director Richard Helms ordered all MKUltra files destroyed in 1973, confirm that children in hospitals, orphanages, foster care, and adoption systems were among the subjects. The methods included interrogation, drugs, electroshock, hypnosis, and psychic manipulation. Tuesday’s hearing will examine the CIA’s decades-long refusal to fully declassify its actions. Luna has already escalated the investigation. In May, CIA whistleblower James Erdman III testified that the Agency seized 40 boxes of MKUltra and JFK files from DNI Tulsi Gabbard’s office, actively preventing their declassification. Luna gave the CIA a 24-hour ultimatum to return them. Those seized files have not been fully returned. What’s in them? That question may be addressed in Tuesday’s hearing. Esalen: The Psionic Playground at Big Sur Here is where the story takes a turn that Tuesday’s congressional witnesses are unlikely to address, but Exoconscious Humans need to address. The Esalen Institute — the famous human potential center in Big Sur, California, founded in 1962 as the epicenter of the consciousness revolution has a documented, archival, ongoing, and deeply troubling relationship with the CIA, MKUltra, and the paranormal experimentation on children, directly connected to MKUltra experiments. According to Jeffrey Kripal, author of Esalen: America and the Religion of No Religion, the CIA invested in research at Esalen into ESP. Esalen was embedded in the post-WWII mind control network that included MKUltra architects, the UK Tavistock Institute, and the Macy Conferences — the same circle of physicians, psychiatrists, scientists, and anthropologists who designed behavioral warfare. Land Minds. The Tavistock Institute directly connected to Esalen’s founding, pioneered “shock trauma” therapy and psychological warfare, including covert chemical dispensing and public panic management. These are not fringe claims. They are documented. And today, Esalen maintains an active online archive of the MKUltra doctors who experimented on children. Esalen’s MKUltra Hall of Disrepute I call it the MKUltra Hall of Disrepute. Here are the MKUltra scientists that Esalen archives: First Place of Disrepute, Lauretta Bender — From 1940 to 1953, Bender, a child neuropsychiatrist, administered electroconvulsive therapy to at least 100 children aged three to twelve, diagnosed with “autistic schizophrenia.” Some reports suggest the number was twice that. Her archive is maintained at Esalen. Second Place of Disrepute, D. Ewen Cameron — Cameron experimented on children at the Allan Institute at McGill University — a CIA front institution. His methods included “Psychic Driving” (repetitive audio messages to erase and reprogram the mind), high doses of LSD, paralytic drugs like Curare, and prolonged sensory deprivation. CIA victims later sued and received partial compensation. His archive is maintained at Esalen. Third Place of Disrepute, Louis Joylon West — West trained at Cornell’s Human Ecology Fund, a front for CIA-funded research into interrogation, coercion, and torture. The Human Ecology Fund funneled grant money to behavioral scientists to finance research into interrogation, coercion, and torture methods. He conducted research on juvenile delinquency and psychiatric disorders in children in institutional settings. His archive is maintained at Esalen. Distinction of Disrepute, Alfred M. Hubbard — Known as the “Johnny Appleseed of LSD,” Hubbard’s LSD work with “children, primarily delinquents” was cited as 85% successful in a paper published by New York Medical College. His associate Harold Abramson’s archive is maintained at Esalen. This question demands an answer: Why does Esalen — currently hosting UAP Disclosure events, Silicon Valley investors, and Psionic summits — maintain a curated archive of these Scientists and their child experiments? The Esalen Psionic Event: Why It Became Personal In my Psionics Part 3 Substack, I documented something that immediately set off a child-protection alarm for me. Ross Coulthart, a prominent UAP journalist, described attending a Psionic event at Esalen from October 14–18, 2024. Also present: Jake Barber (who describes Psionics as “digital intelligence” for calling in craft), Alex Krokus (moderator of the SALT Conference connecting Silicon Valley investment capital to UAP technology), and James Hodgkins (described as an Esalen Psionic Asset, member of Esalen’s Ennea Explorer’s Club, a patron-funded psychic explorer network). In Coulthart’s own words from his Engaging the Phenomenon interview: A group of 20-30 people lay on yoga mats on the ground. A “psionic” claimed he was “inside” a non-human craft, flying it with his mind. When they didn’t see the blue orb he predicted, someone with a camera at the top of a hill had captured it — a glowing blue orb floating adjacent to the Esalen hot springs. Where, Coulthart noted, “all these naked boys and girls from Esalen were swimming.” Naked children. At night. Adjacent to a group of Silicon Valley investors, UAP journalists, and psionic agents calling in craft — at an institute that archives the MKUltra doctors who experimented on children. I am not making an accusation. I am naming what I observed and asking the questions that Exoconscious adults are morally obligated to ask. The Land Mind Congress Ignores: Psionics, UAP, and MKUltra’s Convergence Here is the question I want Tuesday’s hearing to address. Why do the CIA and intelligence insiders now leading UAP Disclosure never mention the history of MKUltra, especially the experiments on children? Christopher Mellon. Avi Loeb. The UAP Science Advisory Council. The Disclosure Foundation. Not one of these institutional voices has connected MKUltra’s consciousness experimentation to the current Psionics movement within through Disclosure. And yet the connections are structural, not coincidental: * Psionics — the deliberate rebranding of natural human psychic abilities as digital, engineered, AI-compatible “electronic consciousness,” is the direct descendant of MKUltra’s effort to weaponize and control human psychic capacity. * Esalen, which hosted the CIA’s ESP research and today archives the MKUltra child experimenters, is now hosting UAP Disclosure psionic events with Silicon Valley investors. Gathering ‘Individuals of high net worth,” per an amused Coulthart. * Jeffrey Kripal, Associate Director of Esalen’s Center for Theory and Research, also compiled a massive archive of UFO scholars and researchers at Rice University, creating a direct institutional bridge between MKUltra consciousness research and mainstream UAP Disclosure academia. Has Kripal made a public statement about the MKUltra child experimentation documented in Esalen’s own archives? I have found none. The convergence is in plain sight: * MKUltra children became the data to build mind control systems. * Psionics became the rebranding for Experiencer psychic experiments. * UAP Disclosure became both the delivery and the disinformation system. What Exoconscious Humans Know: Why Exoconsciousness Matters This is why Exoconsciousness matters now more than ever. MKUltra’s entire program was built on a single premise: that human consciousness — especially psychic, intuitive, and contact-based consciousness — could be captured, weaponized, metered, experimented on, harnessed, and monetized by investors. Bottom line: MK Ultra believed that innocent children’s open, trusting minds were assets to be harvested, not protected or nurtured. Exocon

    While Washington Talks About ET, Experiencers Are Living the Answer

    Today, June 25, 2026, an historic event is unfolding in the Kennedy Caucus Room of the Russell Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.The Disclosure Foundation has convened senators, members of Congress, Harvard and Yale researchers, former defense and intelligence officials, and leading experts in financial markets, geopolitics, and technology to discuss UAP.Senators Mike Rounds and Kirsten Gillibrand. Representative Anna Paulina Luna, Chair of the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, Representatives Tim Burchett, Eric Burlison, and Suhas Subramanya. Also, Avi Loeb from Harvard, Harold Puthoff from EarthTech International, Carlos Eire, and Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet. ChrisMellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, is chairing the entire event.By any governmental measure, this is extraordinary.And yet, as I watched the speaker lineup take shape, I found myself asking the same question I always ask when Washington discovers something experiencers have always known: Why are we not in this room? What the Disclosure Foundation Is Building The Disclosure Foundation’s stated mission is to promote greater understanding of UAP by advocating for government transparency and scientific research. That’s important work.Their June 25 forum represents a breakthrough in institutional willingness to speak publicly about UAP. The Foundation’s NASA archival review initiative is notable. It is led by former NASA Associate Administrator Mike Gold, with a team including astronomer Beatriz Villarroel, theoretical physicist Maaneli Derakhshani, aerospace engineer Travis Taylor, former DHS Under Secretary Reggie Brothers, Stephen Bruehl, and Jordan Flowers. AI and machine learning tools will be deployed to sift through NASA imagery and archival data for anomalies. Citizen science contributions are invited. What the UAP Science Advisory Council is Building Members of the UAP Science Advisory Council are joining the Disclosure Foundation at the June 25 Disclosure Forum in DC. The UAP Science Advisory Council’s governing mission is equally telling in its language: “to serve as an interagency body that leverages each member’s capabilities and unique authorities to address cohesively the national security threats posed by UAP.”Please read that again: national security threats posed by UAP. Avi Loeb’s Advisory Council framing is ” threat-centric, defense-focused, and government-managed. It’s UAP national security threat shapes everything that follows: who gets invited, what questions get asked, and what kind of “contact” counts. Who is qualified to declare an official “Contact”? Why the UAP threat matters. Two Visions of Disclosure, Side by Side I developed a comparison framework that maps the UAP Science and Disclosure world against the Exoconscious Humans perspective across seventeen dimensions. Looking at today’s Disclosure Forum through that lens, the contrasts are striking.Who leads? The Kennedy Caucus Room event features senators, Harvard PhDs, former NSA officials, and defense contractors. The Exoconscious Humans community is led by experiencers, contactees, psychic researchers, and sovereign moral citizens. We are a peer-to-peer collaborative community with no gatekeeping, no security clearances required.What is the Science focus? The Disclosure Foundation’s NASA review will use archived radio signals, processed with AI and machine learning, to analyze imagery for anomalous craft signatures. Exoconscious Humans are exploring plasma science: bioelectricity, biophotons, the human plasma body, and sentient plasmoid phenomena. Disclosure Foundation and UAP Science look outward with instruments. Exoconscious Humans look inward with consciousness.What is the Role of Technology? The Disclosure Forum features experts in financial markets, geopolitics, and technology. The infrastructure of the UAP Science post-disclosure world is being built around AI systems, directed energy, and what I call the “programmed tokenization of Earth, Moon, and Mars.” Exoconsciousness holds a different position: natural human consciousness is the primary technology. Your body’s internal network was designed for contact. No neural implants required. No metering, monitoring, or monetization required or solicited.Who determines First Contact? The updated IAA SETI protocols, released earlier this month, establish that no official individual or group may respond to confirmed ET signals without international institutional approval. These protocols apply only to credentialed institutions, science advisory councils, and government bodies. Exoconscious Humans are not covered by the IAA SETI protocols, because consciousness-based and experiencer contact was never part of their framework to begin with. Where are the Experiencers, Exoconscious Humans? Look at the Disclosure Forum speaker list. Look at Avi Loeb’s UAP Science Advisory Council. Look at the NASA Review Executive Committee. Count the experiencers. Count the contactees. Count the people who have had direct, personal, consciousness-based encounters with non-human intelligences.The number is near zero. Question That Never Gets Asked in Washington David Grusch stood on the Capitol steps and described non-human intelligences as “sentient plasmoid life.” The term circulated through social media within hours. Almost no one could define a plasmoid, because plasma science has been systematically excluded from public university curricula for decades. Only 7 of 4,000 US degree-granting institutions offer plasma science programs. High-level plasma science sits inside classified defense programs that Catherine Austin Fitts estimates are connected to over $21 trillion in unaccounted federal spending. Eric Weinstein on Jesse Michels with Dr. Eric W. Davis: Weinstein kept returning to one question: WHERE ARE THE PHYSICISTS? Davis confirmed that David Grusch’s approximately forty firsthand witnesses — the people whose testimony Grusch brought to the Intelligence Community Inspector General — were engineers and material scientists. Electrical engineers. Aerospace engineers. Thermodynamics. Not one theoretical physicist, not one applied physicist at the doctoral level. Davis then described a conversation with a senior executive at one of America’s largest legacy aerospace companies, a material scientist who had worked on the retrieval program for roughly two decades. Weinstein asked Davis: “ Where are your physicists?” The executive’s answer was that THEY NEVER HAD ANY. Where we are Today, June 25, in Washington, DC To Recap We have a government finally acknowledging UAP reality, a scientific establishment racing to catch up, a disclosure system being built around AI, materials science, national security threat assessment, and institutional permission structures, but not a single theoretical framework that accounts for the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people across the world who have already made contact through consciousness. Is that an oversight? Is that a blind spot? Not deliberate, but systemic? What Exoconscious Humans Offer That Washington Can’t…Yet The Institute for Exoconsciousness was founded on a simple, radical premise: contact, communication, and co-creation with ET, multidimensional, and spiritual beings are INNATE human abilities. Contact and Disclosure are external phenomena to be detected, managed, and disclosed by governments or designated leaders, who lack experience with them. Exoconscious Humans don’t need: Senate hearing to confirm what they already know. SETI protocols to tell them when they’re allowed to respond. Avi Loeb’s Council to validate their contact. What Exoconscious Humans Offer Lived Present Experience As Yvonne Donaldson noted in a recent Exoconscious Coaching discussion, data is a record of the past. Not the present. Data uses AI to recreate a PAST timeline that can be managed, manipulated, and edited. First-person contact accounts accumulate every day across the world. Unnoticed, except for the power personal transformation that ensures. Either Disclosure lives in the Science-moderated Past or in the Exoconscious Human Present. Exoconscious Healthy Integration Contact isn’t only a national security question. It’s a psychological, spiritual, and consciousness integration process. Our Exoconscious Framework involves integration, discernment, critical thinking, psychic intelligence, and benevolent contact. It is built specifically for people navigating the reality that Washington is only now beginning to discuss in public.Plasma Science Bridge While official disclosure circles debate craft signatures and materials analysis, the Exoconscious Plasma Science Study Group is investigating the connective ideas between UAP, consciousness, biology, and the cosmos. Senators Rounds and Gillibrand and Representatives Anna Paulina Luna, Tim Burchett, Eric Burlison, and Suhas Subramanyam have shown a genuine, sustained commitment to UAP transparency. The Disclosure Foundation NASA archival review, if conducted with genuine openness, could surface data that has been sitting in public records for decades. The purpose of this Declaration is as follows: to affirm our commitment to conduct the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence in a scientifically and academically rigorous manner; to establish best practices, principles and guidelines for scientists to confirm putative evidence of intelligent extraterrestrial beings; to provide guidance to the scientific community for the announcement of a confirmed SETI detection which balances the community imperative of providing timely and accurate information to a wide-ranging audience, with appropriate consideration for the safety and exposure of individual scientists involved; and to proactively inform the global public of these procedures and guidelines.     Grusch Just Said "Sentient Plasmoid Life." Did Anyone Actually Catch That?

    June 9, 2026, David Grusch held a bipartisan press conference on the US Capitol steps with Reps Anna Paulina Luna, Tim Burchett, Eric Burlison, and Jared Moskowitz, plus Leslie Kean, James Fox, and a Disclosure audience of around 40 participants. When asked about the non-human species/intelligence known to the US Government, Grusch responded: “I certainly don’t have the compendium. It’s a continuum from corporeal bipedal life to what I would consider sentient plasmoid life, but there are several that the US government is aware of.” And like a football—the phrase “sentient plasmoid life” was thrown into social media, news media, and AI prompts, creating discussion ripples of back-and-forth discussion. Did you Catch the Sentient Plasmoid football? If you did—do you have the faintest idea what Grusch was referring to? Given the engineered lack of Plasma Science courses or general knowledge—probably not. I hope this Substack begins to rectify this lack of Plasma Science knowledge by offering you 1. Part 1: What is Sentient Plasmoid Life? Our Plasma Science Study Group, which you are warmly invited to join, read and discussed Robert Temple’s book, A New Science of Heaven: How the science of plasma will transform humanity’s understanding of its place in the universe. In Chapter 11, Temple defines Plasmoids as discrete entities that have emerged from the great “plasma soup” — often spherical or blob-shaped, sometimes doughnut-shaped, with strange and unexpected properties. The word Plasmoid was coined in 1956 by physicist David Pines at Princeton, at the suggestion of Winston Harper Bostick. (Temple is a science historian, so his research is full of hero stories of Plasma Scientists.) What does an entity emerging from the great plasm soup mean? It brings to mind sea monsters—sea serpents, the Loch Ness Monster, mermaids, and the Japanese Umibozu. Mythical miraculous creatures. But stay with me and shift your imagination from sea monsters to the entire universe as a vast, churning sea of pure energy and charged particles instead of water. Temple would like this analogy because he repeatedly reminds us that our plasma universe of pure energy and charged particles makes up 99% of all that exists. Staying with the plasma-churning universe-of-energy analogy, imagine that, under the right conditions, a portion of this universe organizes into a stable, self-contained bubble with its own internal structure, capable of moving with purpose. That bubble you imagine is a plasmoid! It emerges in the soup of the universe, all on its own, and exhibits remarkable abilities. Importantly, a plasmoid is not a physical object like a chair or a table; it is a structure that holds itself together with dust, electric currents, electromagnetism, and magnetic looping, which create a self-confining field. It’s like a space bubble that forms itself. It has a persistent form and also sends a signal. But there’s more! Bostick, who Temple referenced in his definition of Plasmoids, discovered in his lab that when he fired a plasmoid at a solid copper plate with NO hole in it—the plasmoid pass right through it! Ok, if you are still with me—then you might begin to draw an analogy between plasmoid behavior and an extraterrestrial experience where the contactee moves effortlessly through the wall. The plasmoid characteristic of moving through solid objects resonates with Grusch’s ease of tossing sentient plasmoid life into our common vernacular…even though most of us don’t know what he’s talking about…but it makes him sound knowledgeable. That brings us to the second section of this Substack, which discusses who controls Plasmoid Science and Technology, and why Grusch used Plasma Science language to describe ET or non-human species. Part 2: Who Controls Plasmoid Science and Technology In Chapter 11 of A New Science of Heaven, Temple clearly states that the US Defense Establishment has complete control over Plasmoid research. And who better to safeguard the Defense Establishment Secrets than an intelligence operative? Grusch was a former United States Air Force intelligence officer and decorated combat veteran who also served in the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). But Grusch and National Defense are not alone. The US University system is also complicit in National Defense Establishment secrets regarding Plasma Science and Plasmoids. Three universities offer stand-alone degrees in Plasma Science: the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, North Carolina State University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. And four Universities have special graduate research programs: Princton Program in Plasma Physics, MIT’s Plasma Science and Fusion Center, U of Michigan Institute of Plasma Science and University of California, San Diego Plasma Science and Engineering. That’s all. That’s seven universities with Plasma degrees and research programs out of 4,000 US degree-granting colleges and universities. Moving beyond the minute university Plasma Science offerings, National Defense Plasma research is primarily housed in government and military research labs. According to Temple, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory was the birthplace of artificial plasmoid technology. Bostick’s Plasma Gun, funded by the US Atomic Energy Commission at Livermore, fired discrete blobs of plasma into magnetic fields. Military applications included hydrogen bombs, nuclear fusion containment, and understanding how plasma behaved in nuclear power plants. Temple notes that the Plasma Gun research was “mostly bad news for Bosnick’s bosses.” They wanted bomb and fusion information, but instead, Bosnick found plasmoids to be self-organizing entities with strange behaviors. When personnel from the Naval Research Lab joined Bosnick at Lawrence Livermore, researching the plasmoid’s ability to move through the solid copper plate, the weapon research ramped up. Suddenly, the military had plasmoid-science technology potentially capable of penetrating aircraft, tanks, and ships. Additional Plasma National Defense research infrastructure includes: * Office of Naval Research ball lightning effect of plasma, engineering ball lightning to penetrate tanks and planes (Temple, Chapter 5) * Office of Naval Research Ultra-purification of semiconductor materials using a plasma manufacturing process (Temple, Chapter 10) * Raytheon Corporation's research on ball lightning (Temple, Chapter 5) * Avco Corporation’s experimental aircraft for the US Air Force, shaped like a flying saucer or “flying disc” in 1960, with access to ball lightning and plasma research (Temple, Chapter 5) * Planetary Scale Plasma research: Operation Argus (1958). The US Government detonated three atomic bombs in the high atmosphere — the first at 10 megatons — specifically to study how charged particles behaved in plasma-magnetic-field environments. (Temple, Chapter 10) * Earth-Based Plasma Weapon Research at Los Alamos: Pulsed-power generators as direct-use military plasma technology — devices that store enormous amounts of electrical energy and release it in intense, brief pulses. Pulse Power generators are used in electromagnetic weapons research, particle beam weapons, and nuclear fusion ignition experiments. (Temple, Chapter 5) * PROJECT MARAUDER — The Air Force’s Plasmoid Cannon is a military plasmoid weapons program. MARAUDER, a Magnetically Accelerated Ring to Achieve Ultra-high Directed Energy and Radiation, developed a coaxial plasma railgun. Wikipedia * PLASMA DIRECTED ENERGY — Boeing holds a patent for a “Defense Mechanism Against Directed-Energy Systems Based on Laser Induced Atmospheric Optical Breakdown”: a laser defense system that generates a plasma shield to protect a structure against a directed-energy source. * Aerojet Rocketdyne / Busek Co. / University of Michigan development of Hall-effect thrusters — which accelerate plasma ions to generate spacecraft propulsion. Now standard equipment on military satellites and deep-space probes. Catherine Austin Fitts: Missing Money and Plasma Plasma research may hold the key to determining where much of the $21 Trillion of Missing Money, cited by Catherine Austin Fitts, was spent on Black Budget programs. She clearly states that $21 Trillion is a starting point and that the actual amount of unaccounted-for money is much larger. ET Cover Story for Missing Money and Plasma Research? Reading Grusch’s statement regarding sentient plasmoid life as a non-human species in the context of Defense Establishment plasma research, lack of university education programs in plasma science, and Fitts’ missing money—it looks like Grusch is obfuscating ET as Plasmoid, continuing to cover up national security programs and weapons. Yet, the ET cover story is no surprise. It is in line with the determination of Disclosure as a government national security issue, beginning with the US military and intelligence defining Roswell as a defense issue. Then, the CIA-sponsored Robertson Panel in 1953 concluded that UFOs could interfere with military operations during a national emergency. The next major government tie of ET to national security was on June 25, 2021, when the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released its Preliminary Assessment on UAP. The report stated that UAP may pose: Flight safety concerns, National security concerns, Possible intelligence collection threats, and possible evidence of breakthrough technologies by foreign adversaries. These historical references clearly define ET as a cover story for potential covert national defense programs. We’ve always Known They’re Everywhere! In American Alchemy, with Jesse Michels’ interview, published June 1, 2026, computational psychologist Donald Hoffman is widely quoted as implying that our “Brain Evolved to Ignore Aliens.” Hoffman earned his PhD in Computational Psychology from MIT, is a professor emeritus, and has been on the faculty of the University of California, Irvine since 1983. In this Substack, I examine Hoffman’s theory of the human brain's inability to perceive aliens from the following perspectives: · Hoffman’s Brain Centric Contact Theory · Subjective Exoconsciousness: Hard Question of Consciousness · Gnosticism and Disembodied Beings · Plasma Science and the Human Plasma Body · Transhumanism Use of Disembodied on Blockchain · Disembodied as ET, UAP Hoffman’s Interview on American Alchemy: “Your Brain Evolved To Ignore Aliens – They’re Everywhere!” Michel’s offered a summary of his lengthy interview with Hoffman on X: MIT scientist says aliens are likely all around us! We just can’t see them... Donald Hoffman says the mathematics indicate embodied consciousness like ours is a rare exception in the universe. The universe should be teeming with intelligence more advanced than humans, operating without traditional bodies. Hoffman calls our human form one of the cheapest, most restrictive “virtual reality headsets” in existence. The default state of consciousness, according to the math, has no body at all. “Embodiment is very, very small.” “The universe would be teeming with life that is more advanced than humans and also doesn’t have traditional bodies.” “Our particular kind of view of the world, the kind of, I’ll call it a headset, the virtual reality headset that we’re using for our embodiment, is one of the more trivial kinds of headsets.” “Our headset is one of the cheapest, most restrictive possible.” “There are all sorts of variations that are far more interesting and complicated than what we’ve got.” “Embodiment is the exception, not the rule.” Human Brain Blind to ET Hoffman’s computational psychology is brain-based—it’s where the research money trees live. Government-funded brain initiatives began in the 2000 Bush Administration, but were overshadowed by the Genome project's success. Then, in 2013, Obama launched his Brain Initiative, which developed dynamic maps of the human brain that show how individual cells and complex neural circuits interact in real-time. Brain initiatives were an expensive undertaking that left much to mystery and open questions. So far, the brain remains a mystery—despite scientific declarations of its capacities. “We know the brain.” No, you don’t. According to the National Institutes of Health, we have mapped the broad regions of the brain in detail, but we have mapped the microscopic wiring of only a tiny fraction (less than 0.0001%) of it. So the human brain has MUCH MORE to show. Even for computational psychologists like Hoffman. But wisely, Hoffman creates a pivot by using math as the basis of his brain theory. What brain mapping fails to describe—Hoffman’s math reveals. Having worked with Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, I quickly learned that math is the language of science. Create a mathematical formula, and your science peers will listen. Mitchell’s The Quantum Hologram And the Nature of Consciousness drew on the mathematics of Walter Shempp, who shifted the paper from a philosophical discussion of consciousness to a proposed mathematical model of information processing. In Mitchell’s framework, Walter Schempp provided mathematical formalism that connected quantum mechanics, holography, information storage, and biological systems. Math worked for Mitchell. Yet, for Hoffman, a substantial mathematical model cannot account for or replace the lack of definitive brain research. Human Consciousness Aware of ET Exoconsciousness: Your Natural Consciousness Evolved Awareness of Aliens While Hoffman places his theory of human awareness of the extraterrestrial presence in the Brain, which he deems unlikely to see aliens that are all around us, Exoconsciousness places ET awareness in human consciousness. Exoconsciousness is the innate ability of humans to consciously connect, communicate, and co-create with extraterrestrials, multidimensionals, and spiritual beings. The Exoconsciousness perspective is sourced in natural human consciousness and lived, subjective experience. It is the opposite of Hoffman’s computational, mathematical, brain-centric perspective. Fortunately for Contactees and Experiencers, the definitions of consciousness continue to proliferate. According to the Consciousness Atlas, there are more than 325 theories of consciousness, based on Robert Lawrence Kuhn’s 2024 paper, “A Landscape of Consciousness”. Furthermore, David Chalmers’ “hard problem” of consciousness has yet to be definitively solved. Despite over 30 years of discussion and research, scientists and philosophers have yet to determine why and how physical processes in the brain give rise to subjective experience—the inner “whir” and the feeling of “what it is like” to see a color, feel pain, taste chocolate, or smell a rose. Instead of collapsing the scientific discussion into a mathematical formula, Exoconsciousness opens it to explore the hard problem of how subjective anomalous experiences of extraterrestrials can be mapped onto physical experiences in the brain through consciousness beyond the brain. Exoconsciousness explores how the subjective exoconscious experience integrates with the human brain, body, spirit, and the field of consciousness. A rose is a rose. An ET is an ET. Gnosticism and Disembodied Beings “Our particular kind of view of the world, the kind of, I’ll call it a headset, the virtual reality headset that we’re using for our embodiment, is one of the more trivial kinds of headsets.” “Our headset is one of the cheapest, most restrictive possible.” Hoffman on American Alchemy. The elevation of disembodiment over the human embodied form is not new. Gnosticism from the first century pronounced disembodiment as the ultimate spiritual goal. Gnostics viewed the material universe as a dark and oppressive prison created by a flawed, lesser deity. Embodied humans lived in this oppressive realm—trapped in their flawed flesh. Salvation was achieved not through physical resurrection (Christianity), but by awakening the divine soul/spirit within and escaping the physical body to return to the spiritual realm. Hoffman’s arguments qualify him as a modern-day Gnostic, echoing disdain for the embodied flesh and admiration of disembodied consciousness. I wonder how Hoffman’s body—regarded by many spiritual people as a beloved temple— integrates his disregard for his “meat suit.” As a computational psychologist, I find Hoffman’s view of the human brain's evolution particularly meaningful. In many respects, Gnosticism, whether ancient or modern, represents a psychological avoidant personality—longing to leave their body to avoid all of the issues of being human. However, reality and our bodies don’t care how much we long to avoid being human—they call us back to Earth again and again through pain, suffering, joy, love, and imagination. At its core, Gnosticism is about light and darkness—a duality that every human lives. According to theologian Elaine Pagels, author of The Gnostic Gospels, there is a light within each person, and it lights up the whole universe. If it does not shine, there is darkness. Plasma Science and the Human Plasma Light Body Plasma Science moves us from a Chemical to an Electromagnetic perspective of Humans Can You Feel Your CHARGE? As a plasma being—of course you can. Plasma Science may be the most important science most of us were never taught! And the Most Relevant Science to Extraterrestrial Presence! Over 99% of the visible universe is plasma, a state of matter consisting of electrically charged gas made up of freely moving electrons and positive ions. Unlike normal gases, plasma can conduct electricity and react strongly to magnetic and electric fields. The ancient philosophers and theologians identified plasma as “the Aether.” Curiously, it was removed from modern science over 400 years ago. But today it is regaining scientific relevance. Plasma behaves collectively and intelligently, forming filaments, spheres, lattices, and self-organizing structures. This science opens our Mind and our being to Possibilities in our biological body as well as the universe. Plasma Science offers us a path forward through the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional changes we are experiencing within ourselves and our universe. Furthermore, it engages our perspectives on extraterrestrial, multidimensional, and spiritual contact. Why? Because the universe and our human body are Plasma. Humans are not composed of atoms—but also possess the state of plasma. We are an Exoconscious Electric People In the chapter “Electric People” in A New Science of Heaven, Robert Temple proposes that human beings are fundamentally electromagnetic organisms whose biology depends not only on chemistry but also on intricate flows of electron, ion, and proton currents (“proticity”). He presents the body as an electrically active system in which semiconductive tissues, magnetic fields, and possible superconductive processes may play important roles in consciousness, communication, and health. Temple views humans as dynamic bioelectrical entities embedded in a larger plasma universe. At the end of Chapter 14, Temple discusses how Naval Research and other military branches were involved in this research, which went dark after 1990. According to the Temple’s research on Biological Plasma body, external EM/microwaves can interfere with internal bioelectric processes, cause entrainment of the brain, and disrupt plasma-like ordering in cells/brain. For those interested, Dr. Len Ber publishes daily on X—offering continuous updates on the media, government, science, and medical recognition and treatment of Havana Syndrome and AHI. Ghost Murmur: April 2026, Easter Weekend, the media announced that the CIA deployed the never-before-used “Ghost Murmur” system (developed with quantum magnetometry + AI) during the Iran rescue of a downed pilot. Ghost technology detects the electromagnetic signature of a human heartbeat from long range (40 miles), isolates it from background noise, and locates the person even without a beacon. It was key to finding the hidden airman after his F-15E was downed. New York Post Article In Chapter 14, Temple discusses that the human body is full of multiple magnetic fields. His electric people chapter framework (plasma/EM as core to biology, bodies emitting detectable fields) explains why such tech is possible—living humans have inherent, exploitable electromagnetic signatures rooted in the plasma-like electronic processes described. Heart Math Temple cites the work of 1963 work of Gerhard M. Baule and Richard McFee, who made the first non-invasive detection of the human heart’s natural biomagnetic field. As the media discussed, Ghost Murmur quantum magnetometry detected the downed pilot’s heart signature, not his brain signature. Heart Math determined that the heart generates the body’s strongest rhythmic electromagnetic field—a toroidal magnetic field. According to Ghost Murmur, the heart field could be detected 40 miles away, isolating background noise, without a sensor. Naval Research Lab—60 Years of Plasma Research NRL Celebrates 60 Years of Plasma Physics Innovation: Article Naval Research Lab celebrated 60 years of plasma science. That means that US Naval Research began studying plasma in 1966 when the US launched the five crewed Gemini missions and the first space docking. So plasma research was kept under wraps as we entered space, and is now coming into the mainstream with news of missing scientists. 60 years of military research, and yet, few academic courses in Plasma.     From Government Disclosure to an Exoconscious Human Future

    Can the chosen domain name of https://www.war.gov/ufo/ be any more off-putting and obvious as a lead-in to diluted public disclosure? The downward spiral of government-military intelligence disclosures pushes out information under war.gov. (Star Wars commences?) Their carefully crafted language momentum (neural linguistic programming) shifted us from extraterrestrial and cosmic beings to meaningless NHI (Non-Human Intelligence), promises of an alien.gov website, and culminating in war.gov/ufo/in 2026. It's a big word game, and we are not designing the artificial language. With the introduction of “alien” disclosure vocabulary, are we being further nudged (thanks, disinformation agent Cass Sunstein) into easy connections to “illegal aliens” such that the extraterrestrial threat is given a name and face for us to fear? Open the borders, generate public fear, then move the jagged trauma immigration energy into the cosmos with images of attacking space aliens. If images of dark-haired space aliens with tattoos and fierce mugshot countenances appear, it will be way too much. Can Earth life get any more disruptive for humans? Are we now to believe in “government aliens”, as in alien.gov, instead of space aliens? Are we now to anticipate Star Wars in war.gov/ufo/? Or are they one and the same? I’m confused. Old Playbook Continues—Another Win for Information Gamers Through our muddling scroll-addicted minds, will alien.gov grace us with another JFK, MLK, RFK, Epstein government-committee rerun of insignificant but titillating details about the attacking aliens? The disappointing information of those government investigations produced nothing more than media talking points, dramatic posts, and memes. The same playbook will apply to alien.gov and now war.gov/ufo/ One thing I’ve learned is that the playbook never changes unless it flops…and none of the public government investigations flopped. In fact, they were successful. Nothing revealed. No one arrested or prosecuted. The public moved on—aim accomplished. Put your muddying mind at ease; the larger disclosure plan will ensure we can latch onto the daily news chatter to amuse ourselves and feel special because we've joined the UAP literati. There will be a whirlwind of disclosure drama, fairy dust—stories of tech beyond belief, violence, blood, Star Wars weapons, sex, hybrids, mind control, mourning, dreams dashed, and incalculable wealth and riches. The show must go on. The Unplug Playbook The show will go on—UNTIL WE STOP. Unplug. Step out of the theater. We make the conscious choice to gather up our mind-body-spirit and turn inward to find our individual truth and grounded reality, nestled in Earth and its people, nature, land, and seas.     Plasma Science Study Group--March Highlights

    Can plasma organize, interact, and possibly support life? In our March session of the Plasma Science Study Group, we explored Chapters 11–13 of A New Science of Heaven: How the New Science of Plasma Will Transform Our Understanding of the Universe by Robert Temple. These chapters opened an extraordinary line of inquiry: What if plasma—the most abundant form of matter in the universe—is capable of complex organization that we are only beginning to understand? Below are several highlights from our discussion. Plasmoids: Self-Organizing Structures Chapter 11 introduces plasmoids, coherent plasma formations observed in laboratory experiments. These structures can form toroidal and spiral shapes and appear capable of: • maintaining stable form• interacting with other plasmoids• responding dynamically within plasma environments For many in the group, this raised a provocative question: If plasma can organize itself into coherent structures, how should we rethink the idea of “inanimate matter”? Temple suggests that the same principles observed in laboratory plasmas may scale upward, from small experiments to cosmic structures and galactic formations. Dusty Plasma and the Possibility of Life In Chapter 12, Temple explores dusty plasma systems, where charged dust particles interact within plasma environments. Scientists have observed that these particles can form ordered lattice structures and complex patterns, leading to speculation that dusty plasma could potentially support life-like or intelligent behaviors in space. Given that plasma accounts for roughly 99% of the visible universe, this possibility broadens the traditional search for life beyond planetary surfaces. Our group discussed how this idea could reshape assumptions about where life or intelligence might exist in the cosmos. The Human Microbial Cloud Chapter 13 focuses on the human body. Temple describes a microbial cloud extending several feet around each person, composed of: • bacteria• fungal spores• viruses• microorganisms shed from the body He suggests this cloud may behave similarly to dusty plasma, with electrically charged particles interacting in electromagnetic environments. Participants reflected on how this concept intersects with emerging discussions about: • plasma biology• electromagnetic environments• the body’s relationship to surrounding fields This led to thoughtful questions about how environmental, geoengineering, and electromagnetic conditions may interact with human biological systems. When Science Meets Experience Several participants shared personal experiences that resonated with the book’s descriptions of plasma phenomena. Examples included: • dreams involving lightning and plasma energy• out-of-body experiences described as luminous or orb-like forms For some members, the emerging science of plasma offered a framework that helps explain experiences traditionally described in spiritual language. Whales, Water, and Consciousness One member shared an encounter swimming with pilot whales in Hawaii, describing a sense of sound communication or connection that felt deeply non-mechanical. This sparked discussion about the role of water in biological and plasma processes, and whether consciousness may interact differently through natural mediums than through purely electronic systems. Plasma, Consciousness, and Ancient Knowledge Another thread of discussion explored whether plasma may represent the first state of matter, rather than the fourth. Participants noted parallels with ancient philosophical traditions, including the concept of Akasha, a primordial field underlying reality. A key observation emerged from the group: Our language for describing plasma, consciousness, and life may still be evolving. We need to create a Plasma Vocabulary.     LIVE Power of Exoconsciousness: Healing Trauma of Earth Wars: Peter Champoux

    In this interview and his book, Deadly Ley Lines: Healing World Trauma, Peter Champoux reveals the deep wounds buried in our earth—saturated with human suffering, torture, rape, trauma, the bloody, beaten, and dead disintegrating bodies of war. Earth is alive with an ancient, vicious, destructive energy. Seething and signaling a macabre attraction to generations of empire builders, victims, and heroes. Peter Champoux, a Gaiagrapher, dedicates his life and work to Earth as a spiritual being, an earth-cell with a membrane consciousness or ‘field’. Maintaining the integrity of the Earth’s fields: physical, spiritual, astral and etheric—are essential to the work of stewardship of the Earth. As such, Peter works with Wounds. He listens to Earth messages and heals at levels unseen to most. Attraction of Trauma Wound: Open Gash from Jerusalem to Hong Kong Middle East Deadly Ley Line: Peter charts the Middle East Deadly Ley Line that cuts open the Earth from the Mediterranean to the Pacific Ocean. It forms a violent gash from Gaza, Jerusalem, Annan’s fertile crescent of Bagdad, Iran, Kabul, Islamabad, and ends in the Himalayas and the bifurcated city of Hong Kong. It’s a battlefield. Western powers push East and Eastern powers push West along this ley line, forming a connective tissue of trauma. Traumas include top-down pyramidal marching orders of empires, with the line seeming to favor the invading forces. The line absorbs ancient curses, bloodline battles, sons’ sacrifice, mothers’ cries, children collapsing, held together with sacred mysteries and rituals. Breaking the Trauma Spell This Earth wound is like the human seed of dysfunction. When left to its own devices, the trauma wound festers—boils over into greater regional battles, drama, fears, and ritual reenactments generation after generation. Like humans, Earth Trauma shows in various forms: Fight (bullying empires), Flight (packed airports of expats), Freeze (underground bunker builders), and Fawn (complicit co-dependents). Some humans “set the stage.” Some humans build bunkers. Some humans crowd the departure gates. Some humans carry the standard of sacrifice, fighting to the end. Living across this Deadly Ley Line, all are human. All are engaged. All are unaware. Like the blind, they energize the deadly Earth wound. Maybe because of past lives and debts? Maybe because it is familiar to them, perceived as safe? Maybe they incarnate into the trauma wound to give the battle one last life—theirs. Dedicating yet another life to a closed loop. Circling the drain of destruction. Light of Plasma and Goodness Healing trauma involves holding the Earth with new eyes, new hands, new minds. Love, healing, and forgiveness are permanent forces on the Earth. And as such, when held in peace, we open the miraculous powers abundant on Earth. We stop the destruction of Earth and its people. We shed past lives, old vows, crumbled contracts, and bloodline revenge. Ley Lines in the Earth have a plasma-like quality. Like Plasma, the Earth is conscious—it responds to human forces—the Exoconscious Power that sees beyond the gnarly wounds into an open flowing movement on Earth’s surface that brings forth the deep fount of healing springs. Listening to the Underground: The Inner Earth Throughout ancient times, Generals and Kings often consulted women in the inner Earth, such as the oracle priestess at Delphi. When the oracle didn’t speak or was absent, these power-hungry men, like Alexander the Great, forced the oracles to pronounce them victorious. Prophets in the Bible seemed to favor chosen messengers, but still, the powerful were drawn to their wise voices. In this attraction, heroes acknowledged their fallibility. They sought stronger powers underground, in the heavens, among the weak. They acknowledged stronger Earth messengers who knew life and death. Victory and defeat. What made these strong men dependent on seemingly weak women? From Delphi to AI Oracle Today, what makes the Pentagon dependent on AI to plan its wars? Is AI now an acceptable oracle messenger? Built as a cybernetic closed loop, AI weaves a message similar to what Alexander the Great wanted to hear: “You are invincible, my son!” AI moves its messages across the planet, telling Generals what they want to hear. AI bots know that Alexander's ego lives in them. How do We Do Plasma? How do we break out of the Closed Loop? Despite the vain attempts of Singularity, Matrix, and Simulation philosophies— human consciousness is not a Game! Humans have the unique ability to simultaneously move into the inner earth and out into the field of consciousness and cosmos to bring forth new information and energies. Exoconscious can see the unseen. Exoconscious gives voice to the Earth’s silent message. A message that is challenging to the “hard of hearing.” An Exoconscious Plasma Perspective allows healing to emerge naturally. It calls up a force, an Earth force greater than the empire-driven or fearful, fleeing, frozen, fawning people. Together, we co-create a new connective tissue—birth a new earth body. As the human heals their trauma, new relationships form with self, others, and benevolent forces. The old fall away. The dead wash away. Genesis 1:31, after creating humanity (male and female) on the sixth day, God declared all of creation, including mankind, not just “good,” but “very good.” We are all filled with this force of goodness, harmony, and light.
