THE WOUND JUST WANTS TO BE FELT

They say feeling is healing. But nobody actually teaches you how to feel. In this talk I share where wounds come from, why we keep carrying them even when we want to let go, and what it actually looks like to feel something in the body — not just think about it. What we cover: → Where wounds come from — and why it’s often the quiet moments, not the dramatic ones → Why we perpetuate familiar wounds even when they hurt us → What a regulated vs. dysregulated nervous system actually looks like → What “feeling is healing” actually means — and what it looks like in practice → The wound of feeling unseen — and why the witnessing you’ve been waiting for is an inside job → Why every trigger is a mirror showing you exactly where healing is still available → A somatic practice to find the wound in the body and begin letting it move The wound just wants to be felt. Not fixed. Not explained. Not gotten rid of. Felt. And witnessed — by you. 🌿 TRY IT ON — Practice inside this talk Think of something that activated you recently. Something that felt bigger than it should have. Find where you feel it in your body. Place one hand there. Breathe in slowly. Hold. Exhale longer than the inhale. Then say internally — I see you. I feel you. I’m not running from you. That is where the healing lives. 🌿 LIVE LET IT GO WORKSHOP Tuesday June 30th | 6–8 PM | Zoom We find the wound. We feel it. We send it love. Good, Better, Best Is Already in Motion — Why Shame Is Blocking What's Already Yours

I’m not waiting for good things to come. Good, better, best — it’s already in motion. My only job is to stay regulated enough to let it land. But for a long time, I couldn’t. Not because the good wasn’t coming. Because shame was taking up the space where it was supposed to land. I got divorced. And the shame of that — for me — wasn’t just about the marriage ending. It was older than that. I swore I would not be like my parents. I watched their patterns. I made a promise to myself. And then I didn’t keep it. What I carried after that — quietly, underneath everything — was this: I failed at the one thing I said I wouldn’t. That is shame. And here is what I finally understood — shame doesn’t live in the mind. It lives in the body. And no amount of understanding it, rationalizing it, or deciding to be over it changes what the body is still holding. In this talk I share what shame and guilt actually do to the nervous system, what we get from holding onto wounds even when they hurt us, and why everything — even the hardest things — is a miracle pointing us exactly where we need to go. Plus a practice to begin letting it move. Full talk is live below. 🌿 🌿 LIVE LET IT GO WORKSHOP — Tuesday June 30th | 6–8 PM | Zoom This is the work done live, together. We acknowledge the wounds. We feel how much power we have to release them. You leave feeling more sovereign and more you than you have in a long time. Link below. This is a public episode. The Regulation Is In The Being

When was the last time you ate lunch without your phone? Went to the bathroom without scrolling? Sat in a room — just sat — without reaching for stimulation? We are a culture that cannot stop doing. And somewhere along the way we started believing that doing is the same thing as being safe. It’s not. In this talk I share something I’ve been sitting with — my own pattern with my business, this belief that it won’t thrive unless I’m constantly posting, constantly producing, constantly proving. And what’s been shifting as I slow down and remember, with unwavering certainty, that whatever I’m doing in this moment is the most important thing. That the universe is never making mistakes. That I am exactly where I’m meant to be. I also talk about my daughter. She’s ten. And when we’re outside, she gets completely lost in her own world — singing, noticing, imagining. Send a child outside with nothing and they’ll play for hours. Not because they’re bored into it. Because that’s what a regulated nervous system does when it’s not being told what to produce. This talk is about where intuition, creativity, and abundance actually live — not in the hustle, in the space. And a small invitation: honoring the moments you’re looking to disconnect, and the moments you’re looking to truly connect — to yourself. Full talk is live below. 🌿 ✨ If stillness feels unsafe in your body — if slowing down makes you feel like you’ll fall behind — that is not laziness. That’s a nervous system story. Let It Go was built to release exactly that. This is a public episode. A New Familiar — Why Your Nervous System Keeps Choosing What It Knows (And How to Consciously Create Something Different)

Familiar feels safe. Even when safe and good are not the same thing. Most of us have been choosing familiar our entire lives — in our relationships, our dynamics, our patterns — not because we are broken, but because the nervous system always reaches for what it knows. What was absorbed before we had any say in what normal was. In this talk I share what familiar actually is, why it keeps recreating itself no matter how much we want something different, and what it looks like to begin — consciously, imperfectly — choosing something new. I also share something personal. Just the other morning I was hurt in a conversation with my partner. I thought I was communicating with love. She felt the opposite. And in that moment I had a choice — explain, defend, reach for the old familiar — or let go of another layer. Feel what was mine. Release what wasn’t. That is sovereignty. Not perfect. Not always caught in time. But a nervous system that is staying safer than it ever has before. This talk is about that. About the mirror. About autonomy within connection. About what a relationship is actually meant to be. And about the one conscious choice that is always available to you. Full talk is live below. ✨ You cannot create a new familiar while still holding the old one. Let It Go — 60-minute workshop. Live clearing practice. Guided meditation. 396Hz + 528Hz frequency tracks. → This is a public episode. What Sunday Taught Me About Doing This Work When It's Actually Hard

Even I Fall Apart — What Sunday Taught Me About Doing This Work When It’s Actually Hard Description / Preview Text: This past Sunday broke me open a little. Something came up with my daughter. My partner and I spiraled. And I spent most of the day watching myself want to blame, shut down, and fight every impulse that goes against who I know myself to be. This talk is about that day. Not a breakthrough. Not a transformation moment. Just a hard Sunday — and what it actually looks like to do this work from the inside when the tools feel out of reach, the feelings are too loud, and the only thing you can do is stay. In this talk I share what dysregulation looks like inside a real relationship spiral, the three things that got me through when I couldn’t regulate, why Sunday night my skin was crawling and I stayed with it anyway, what shifted Monday — and the moment in the car where I finally felt it release, and why we do not grow in calm. We grow in the adversity we are willing to witness. I also share the one thing I know to be true — not as a belief, as a lived knowing — that everything is for your highest and best. Even the hard Sundays. Especially the hard Sundays. Full talk is live below. 🌿 ✨ When you’re ready — Let It Go is the practice behind everything I shared today. 60-minute workshop. Live clearing practice. Guided meditation. 396Hz + 528Hz frequency tracks. → This is a public episode.
