The Honeymoon Frequency Podcast

Tyler and Brandy

The Honeymoon Frequency™ is rooted in one core belief: the honeymoon phase is not a phase. It is a frequency. This podcast is about conscious relationships, intimacy, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, sacred union, and what it really takes to create relationships that stay alive, deeply connected, and emotionally safe over time. Hosted by Tyler and Brandy, The Honeymoon Frequency™ was born out of real life transition, heartbreak, healing, and radical devotion. Tyler was in Sedona moving through abrupt relationship endings and deep questions about the patterns he had been attracting. Brandy was heartbroken and living on her own for the first time in 25 years. We met while living in different states, moved in together within a month, got engaged eight months later, and built a relationship that has stayed alive in the frequency most people think only exists at the beginning. We became the people who could create the relationship we were looking for, then built The Honeymoon Frequency™ to teach others how to do the same. Through conversations on emotional healing, self trust, repair, devotion, communication, and the rituals that keep connection alive, this is a space for singles, couples, and those in between who want to experience love with more presence, depth, and honesty. When You Evolve But Your Relationships Don't

Have you ever found yourself growing in ways you never expected… only to realize the relationships that once felt effortless now feel different? Maybe conversations that used to energize you now feel surface-level. Maybe family gatherings leave you feeling disconnected. Maybe you’ve wondered if something is wrong with you because you don’t seem to fit where you used to. If you’ve ever experienced a spiritual awakening, deep healing, or a season of profound personal growth, you’re not alone. And you’re certainly not the only one asking these questions. In this heartfelt conversation, we explore what happens when your inner world begins to change faster than the relationships around you. Together, we unpack why growth can feel lonely, how healing changes your nervous system, and why trying to “bring people along” often creates more distance instead of deeper connection. We also introduce one of the most important concepts shaping our own lives: Shared Reality—the practice of meeting one another with curiosity, reciprocity, and a genuine willingness to understand each other’s inner worlds without needing complete agreement. This episode isn’t about leaving people behind. It’s about learning how to honor your own evolution while creating relationships rooted in presence, compassion, and truth. In this episode, we explore:• Why relationships often change after a spiritual awakening or season of personal growth • The loneliness that can accompany becoming more conscious and self-aware • How healing your nervous system changes the environments and conversations you naturally seek • The difference between shared agreement and shared reality • Why curiosity—not certainty—is the foundation of meaningful relationships • How to recognize when a relationship is asking to be repaired, redefined, or lovingly released If you’ve been navigating the space between who you were and who you’re becoming, our hope is that this conversation reminds you that growth isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been. An InvitationIf this conversation felt like home, we’d love to invite you a little deeper. We’re creating a space for people who believe growth is a lifelong journey—people who are curious, spiritually open, committed to living consciously, and longing for conversations that move beyond the surface. Through our growing community, immersive retreats, and transformational experiences, we’re gathering people who value authenticity, meaningful connection, and the courage to keep evolving together. If that resonates with your heart, we’d love to welcome you. Learn more and join us at [www.honeymoonfrequency.com]. What Psychedelics Revealed About Being Truly Known Pt. 2

What if the parts you thought were healed were simply waiting to be seen? Have you ever felt something return that you were certain you had already healed? Not years ago. Not in the middle of a crisis. Right when life finally started feeling safe. Maybe you’ve caught yourself wondering… “Why is this coming back now?” Maybe you’ve apologized for crying over something you thought you were finished grieving. Maybe you’ve questioned yourself because two completely opposite emotions were alive at the same time. Missing someone…while knowing you don’t want your old life back. Feeling deeply loved…while suddenly feeling terrified. Feeling safe…while your body still prepares for danger. Have you ever noticed how the deepest parts of you seem to appear only when someone finally gets close enough to see them? What if relationships don’t simply reveal compatibility? What if they reveal everything we’ve learned to hide? This conversation explores what happens when another human being witnesses the parts of us we’ve spent years trying to understand alone. Inside this episodeWhy old emotions often return inside healthy relationshipsThe question underneath almost every fear of intimacyHow curiosity creates emotional safety where certainty cannotThe surprising difference between having an insight and integrating oneWhy healing becomes shared when two people build a Shared Reality togetherResources💌 Join our newsletter https://www.honeymoonfrequency.com 📌 Pinterest https://pin.it/5TP72vxx5 🎵 Music featured in this episode Lunar Halo https://open.spotify.com/artist/66pd6RjdBvp71HWR4TkahW Share The Light https://open.spotify.com/artist/39jb6MtB7dVWSASXgn5yh9

What Psychedelics Revealed About Being Truly Known Pt. 1

Have you ever felt like someone loved you… but still didn’t fully know you? They knew your story. They knew your habits. They knew the version of you that showed up well, held it together, achieved, performed, and made sense. But they didn’t know the part of you that still felt afraid. The part that carried old shame. The part that had already “done the work” and still found the same ache rising again. Maybe you have wondered why certain wounds return after years of therapy, reflection, healing, or spiritual work. Maybe you have known exactly where a pattern came from and still felt it living in your body. Maybe you have been able to explain your pain beautifully… while still feeling alone inside it. In this episode, we share what happened when psilocybin began removing the masks we didn’t even realize we were still wearing. In this episode, we talk about:Why old wounds can return after you thought you had healed themWhat changes when someone witnesses your healing in real timeThe difference between understanding your pain and feeling itWhy being seen can feel more vulnerable than sexHow truth and curiosity create Shared RealityResources💌 Join our newsletter [www.honeymoonfrequency.com] 📷 Follow us on Pinterest [https://pin.it/5TP72vxx5] 🎵 Music for this episode is “Liquid” by Lunar Halo and Share The Light—two incredible artists whose music has been deeply impactful on our journey and the space we create here. Opposites Attract—But What Actually Keeps Them Together?

Maybe you have met someone who feels nothing like you. Different age. Different background. Different relationship history. Different way of moving through the world. And somehow, being with them makes you feel more alive. There is chemistry. Curiosity. A pull you cannot explain. You are fascinated by the places where you are different. Until one day, those same differences begin showing up in the moments that matter most. How you handle conflict. How you respond to fear. How you make decisions. How you understand family, money, love, safety, or the world itself. And suddenly the very thing that made the relationship feel electric begins to feel like distance. So what makes certain opposites deepen each other while others slowly pull apart? What allows two people with completely different histories to create one Shared Reality? And how do you know whether your differences are inviting you into greater understanding—or revealing that you are living in two worlds that may never truly meet? In this episode, we share the opposites that could have kept us apart, the deeper resonance that brought us together, and the moment one of our greatest differences became an unexpected doorway into trust, healing, and being fully known. In this episode, we talk about:Why some differences create attraction while others create distanceThe hidden difference between chemistry and true resonanceWhat your partner’s hardest moments reveal about the relationshipHow curiosity helps two different realities become Shared RealityThe experience that showed us what it means to be witnessed across differenceResources💌 Join our newsletter [www.honeymoonfrequency.com] 📷 Follow us on Pinterest [https://pin.it/5TP72vxx5] 🎵 Music for this episode is “Liquid” by Lunar Halo and Share The Light—two incredible artists whose music has been deeply impactful on our journey and the space we create here. The Life Beyond Fear: Sedona, Letting Go, & Becoming A New Version Of Yourself

Have you ever felt a version of your life beginning to loosen before you were ready to let it go? The friendships still exist. The routines still work. The identity still looks familiar from the outside. And yet something inside you knows: I can’t keep being this version of myself. Maybe you’ve felt the pull toward a different life while still grieving the one you worked so hard to build. Maybe you’ve wondered whether following that pull would cost you the people you love, the security you created, or the identity everyone knows you by. Maybe the hardest part isn’t knowing that you’ve changed. It’s realizing that some people are still relating to who you were before the shift. So how do you honor what a season gave you without forcing it to last forever? How do you recognize when a relationship, role, place, or version of yourself has completed its purpose? And who are you when the titles, achievements, expectations, and familiar stories begin to fall away? In this episode, Tyler shares what an unexpected season of freedom, uncertainty, and starting over taught him about presence, identity, fear, and the art of letting go. It’s a conversation for anyone standing between the life they’ve known and the one quietly asking to emerge. Starting Over After A 25 Year Relationship: Trusting Love Again At 50

What do you do when nothing looks obviously wrong… but something inside you knows you cannot keep living the same way? You built the life. The marriage. The family. The financial security. The history no one else could ever fully understand. And still, somewhere beneath all of it, a quieter question keeps returning: Can I live like this for another five years? Another ten? Another twenty? Maybe the relationship is not terrible. Maybe there was real love. Maybe leaving feels harder to explain because, from the outside, your life looks like something other people would be grateful to have. But they cannot feel the loneliness you have learned to carry quietly. They cannot see how many parts of yourself you have set aside to preserve the life you built. They do not hear the question underneath every ordinary day: How much of my life am I willing to spend feeling unknown? At 49, Brandy faced the terrifying possibility that remaining in the life she knew might cost her more than beginning again. And beginning again meant walking away without proof of what would come next. No guarantee she would find love again. No certainty that her children, dreams, and full history would be welcomed by someone new. Only the growing realization that she could no longer abandon herself to keep everything else intact. In this conversation, she shares what it actually felt like to leave a 25-year relationship, grieve a future she had spent decades building, and trust that a life with deeper love, tenderness, and Shared Reality was still possible. In this episode, we talk about:The private question that made staying impossible to ignoreWhy a “good life” can still feel profoundly lonelyThe fears that surface when you consider starting over later in lifeWhat grief, bargaining, and trust looked like behind the decisionHow Brandy learned to stop abandoning herself to preserve connectionResources💌 Join our newsletter [www.honeymoonfrequency.com] 📷 Follow us on Pinterest [https://pin.it/5TP72vxx5] 🎵 Music for this episode is “Liquid” by Lunar Halo and Share The Light—two incredible artists whose music has been deeply impactful on our journey and the space we create here. Why Does Talking About Money Feel So Personal?

Have you ever noticed that a conversation about money was never really about money? You sat down to talk about spending…or saving…or a purchase… …and somehow you both walked away feeling misunderstood. Maybe one of you shut down. Maybe one of you became defensive. Maybe neither of you could explain why something that seemed so practical suddenly felt so emotional. Then later you wonder… “Why did that affect me so much?” Money has a strange way of revealing parts of us we didn’t even know were still there. Stories we inherited. Fear we thought we’d outgrown. Dreams we’ve never said out loud. And sometimes two people aren’t arguing about dollars at all… They’re protecting two completely different realities. In this conversation, Tyler and Brandy share one of the biggest shifts they’ve made around money—not by changing a budget, but by learning how to understand the world each person was bringing into the conversation. In this episode we talk about:Why money conversations can feel so emotionally chargedThe hidden stories money quietly revealsHow Shared Reality changes financial conversationsThe practices that helped us stop avoiding money togetherWhy curiosity creates more freedom than certaintyResources💌 Join our newsletter https://www.honeymoonfrequency.com 📷 Follow us on Pinterest https://pin.it/5TP72vxx5 🎵 Music featured in this episode Lunar Halo (Spotify) https://open.spotify.com/artist/66pd6RjdBvp71HWR4TkahW Share The Light (Spotify) https://open.spotify.com/artist/39jb6MtB7dVWSASXgn5yh9

The One Rule You Should Never Break In Your Relationship

Have you ever opened up to someone about one of your deepest fears… only to hear it come back later in an argument? Maybe it was something you were actively trying to heal. A habit you were embarrassed by. A dream you weren’t fully confident enough to own yet. In the moment, they felt like a safe place. Later, it felt like they had been taking notes. And after that…you started sharing a little less. Because once vulnerability becomes ammunition, your nervous system remembers. You stop speaking as freely. You think twice before telling the truth. You protect parts of yourself that used to feel safe. The hardest part is most people don’t do this to be cruel. They do it without even realizing they’re slowly teaching their partner that honesty isn’t safe. In this conversation, Tyler and Brandy explore one of the fastest ways trust quietly disappears—and the simple shift that makes someone feel even safer after they open their heart than they did before. In this episode we talk about:Why vulnerability should never become ammunitionThe difference between accountability and criticismHow curiosity keeps trust aliveThe small moments that either deepen or damage emotional safetyWhy Shared Reality is built by protecting—not using—what someone entrusts to youResourcesLearn more about The Honeymoon Frequency 💌 Join our newsletter [www.honeymoonfrequency.com] 📷 Follow On Pinterest [https://pin.it/5TP72vxx5] Music for this episode is “Liquid” by Lunar Halo and Share The Light—two artists whose music beautifully reflects the heart of these conversations.
