Known for his unmatched ability with young trotters, his barn has produced some of the most iconic names in harness racing history—Pine Chip, Muscles Yankee, Waikiki Beach—horses that didn’t just win, they defined eras. His program, his eye, and his discipline have made him one of the most respected minds the game has ever seen. Decades of excellence. Generations of champions. And a legacy that continues to influence the sport today… this is Chuck Sylvester.

    Kaycee Feild - Season 1 Episode 5

    Dr. Stephen P. Dey III - Season 1 Episode 4

    Dr. Stephen P. Dey III is a respected equine veterinarian and one of the most accomplished Standardbred breeders in North America. Carrying on a family legacy rooted deeply in the horse industry, Dr. Dey operates the historic Heritage Hill Farm in New Jersey, a breeding program known for producing some of harness racing’s top performers.  Following in the footsteps of his father Dr. S.P. Dey II, Steve’s passion for horses, with his background in veterinary medicine and built a program to consistently compete at the highest levels of the sport. Despite operating a relatively niche breeding operation, horses raised at Heritage Hill Farm have earned millions on the track and have captured some of the sports most prestigious titles.  Among the standout champions bred by Dr. Dey are world champion pacer ByTheMissal, Dan Patch award winning pacer Niki Hill, and record setting pacing filly SheBeStingin. His eye for breeding, dedication to horsemanship, and commitment to the Standardbred industry has made him one of the most respected figures in harness racing today  From the breeding shed to the racetrack, Dr. Dey’s work continues to shape the future of the sport while honoring a tradition of excellence that spans generations.
