Forgive Yourself for Everything: Scorpio Season, Shadow Work & Rebirth

It's motherfucking Scorpio season. 🦂✨ And if there's one thing Scorpio teaches us, it's that transformation isn't always pretty. Sometimes it's messy. Uncomfortable. Heartbreaking. Sometimes it looks like an ending you never saw coming. A relationship that no longer fits. An identity you've spent years building that suddenly doesn't feel like yours anymore. Or the realization that the woman you had to become to survive isn't necessarily the woman you want to be for the rest of your life. In this episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Rachael and Gabs dive into the intensity of Scorpio season, shadow work, forgiveness, relationships, spirituality, and the beautiful, sometimes brutal process of becoming. Because transformation isn't always about adding more to your life. Sometimes it's about having the courage to release what you've outgrown. We explore: Scorpio season and transformation: Why this astrological season symbolizes death, rebirth, and the courage to face what we've been avoiding.Shadow work and nervous system healing: How breathwork, self-awareness, and emotional processing can help us meet the parts of ourselves we've learned to hide.Forgiveness and self-worth: Learning to forgive yourself for the decisions you made when you didn't know what you know now.Relationships and sacred endings: Why some relationships challenge us to grow, and how divorce or separation can sometimes mark the beginning of a more authentic chapter.Breaking generational patterns: Recognizing the beliefs, wounds, and expectations we've inherited—and deciding what we no longer want to carry.Spirituality and self-discovery: Finding meaning in difficult transitions without pretending the pain doesn't exist.Choosing yourself: Rebuilding trust in who you are, what you deserve, and the life you're ready to create. And maybe the most important reminder of all? Forgive yourself for everything. For staying too long. For leaving before you felt ready. For the things you didn't know. For the love you tried so hard to make work. For the versions of yourself who were simply doing their best with what they had. You can take responsibility for your past without sentencing yourself to live there forever. And you can love someone deeply while recognizing that your journeys may no longer belong together. Because sometimes the most sacred thing you can do is stop abandoning yourself to preserve a life you've already outgrown. If you're navigating a breakup, divorce, identity shift, emotional healing, or a season where everything familiar feels like it's changing, this conversation is for you. Maybe you're not losing yourself. Maybe you're finally becoming someone you no longer have to betray to belong. And just like the phoenix, you get to rise again. 🔥 🎧 Press play and come have this conversation with us. Relentlessly Authentic — Unlearn who you had to be. Come home to who you are. You Don't Have to Do It All Alone : The Hidden Cost of Hyper-Independence

What if the strength you’re so proud of is the very thing keeping you from feeling supported? The woman who handles everything. Makes the decisions. Pays the bills. Holds everyone together. Anticipates everyone else’s needs. The one who doesn’t need anyone. Or at least, that’s what she’s spent years convincing herself. But what happens when being independent stops feeling like freedom… and starts feeling like survival? In this episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Rachael and Gabs dive into the complicated, sometimes uncomfortable conversation around masculine and feminine energy, hyper-independence, relationship dynamics, generational trauma, and the ways we’ve been conditioned to believe who we have to be to feel safe, worthy, and loved. Because somewhere between becoming empowered women and learning how to survive in a world that often demands we do it all, many of us have forgotten what it feels like to simply receive. To be supported. To soften without feeling weak. To trust someone else to show up without immediately preparing for disappointment. And maybe that isn’t because we’re incapable of receiving love. Maybe it’s because life taught us that relying on someone else wasn’t always safe. In this episode, we explore: Hyper-independence and survival mode: When doing everything yourself becomes a protective pattern rather than a choice.Masculine and feminine energy: Exploring the balance between taking action, leading, surrendering, and receiving—without being confined to traditional gender roles.Generational trauma and societal conditioning: How the expectations we inherited shape our relationships, identity, and beliefs about what women should be.Dating and emotional triggers: Why relationships can bring unresolved wounds to the surface.Therapy, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation: Tools for developing self-awareness and building greater emotional safety. The struggle to receive: Why asking for help, accepting support, and allowing ourselves to be cared for can feel so uncomfortable.Identity beyond our roles: Remembering who we are outside of being the mother, partner, caretaker, provider, or woman who always has it together. And we’re asking some uncomfortable questions. Are you independent because you genuinely love your freedom? Or because you’ve learned that depending on someone means risking disappointment? Are you always in control because that’s who you are? Or because letting go has never felt safe? And what might become possible if you no longer had to prove your worth through how much you can carry? This isn’t about abandoning ambition, becoming dependent, or deciding women should fit into some outdated definition of femininity. It’s about having the freedom to be both. Strong and soft. Independent and supported. Ambitious and receptive. Capable of leading—and willing to let yourself be loved. If you’ve been navigating relationship struggles, healing old patterns, feeling disconnected from your feminine energy, or wondering why receiving support feels harder than giving it, this conversation is for you. Because maybe the next chapter of your healing isn’t about becoming stronger. Maybe it’s about realizing you were never supposed to carry everything alone.   Press play, and come have this conversation with us. Relentlessly Authentic — Unlearn who you had to be. The Loneliness of Being the Strong One : Burnout, Boundaries & Relationships

You're always there for everyone... but who TF is there for you? When did being the strong one become so f*****g exhausting?  The one who always checks in. Makes the plans. Holds space. Remembers the little things. Shows up for everyone else. But somewhere between building a life, managing responsibilities, maintaining relationships, and trying to keep your own shit together… you start wondering: Who’s showing up for me? In this episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Rachael and Gabs are having an honest conversation about burnout, emotional reciprocity, friendship, nervous system regulation, and the loneliness that can come from being the person everyone relies on. As we transition into fall, we’re exploring what this season of letting go might actually be asking of us. Because maybe you’re not exhausted because you’re doing too little for yourself. Maybe you’re exhausted because you’re giving so much of yourself away that there’s barely anything left for you. We get into: Burnout and emotional exhaustion: Why being constantly available can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.Friendship and emotional reciprocity: What happens when you’re always the one reaching out, checking in, and holding space?Boundaries and self-worth: Learning that loving someone doesn’t mean giving them unlimited access to your energy.Loneliness and genuine connection: Why being surrounded by people isn’t the same as feeling truly known.Solitude versus isolation: Learning to enjoy your own company without shutting yourself off from support.Nervous system regulation and rest: Why slowing down isn’t something you have to earn.Fall equinox and seasonal transitions: Finding permission to release what no longer feels aligned and make space for what does.We also talk about the ways technology has changed our relationships, why emotional depth and curiosity matter, and how difficult it can be to ask for help when you’re used to doing everything yourself. And perhaps the biggest reminder of all? You deserve relationships where you don’t have to exhaust yourself to feel loved. You can be independent and still need people. You can love your life and still feel burnt out. You can be healing and still have really f*****g hard days. And you can be grateful for the people in your life while recognizing that some relationships may no longer have the capacity to meet you where you are. This isn’t about cutting everyone off or becoming so protective of your peace that nobody can reach you. It’s about learning the difference between connection that nourishes you and connection that constantly asks you to abandon yourself. If you’re navigating burnout, feeling lonely in your friendships, struggling with boundaries, or entering a season where you’re craving something deeper from your life and relationships, this episode is for you. Because maybe the next version of you doesn’t need to become stronger. Maybe she needs to let herself be supported. I Thought I Healed This ... So Why Does It Still Hurt ?

What happens when you’ve done the healing work… and you still find yourself hurting? You’ve gone to therapy. You’ve journaled. You’ve done the breathwork, the coaching, the ceremonies, the retreats. You’ve learned how to regulate your nervous system and become more self-aware. And then life happens. An old wound gets touched. Grief resurfaces. Your nervous system feels dysregulated. You’re exhausted, emotional, overwhelmed, and suddenly wondering: Wait… I thought I healed this? In this deeply vulnerable episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Rachael and Gabs are having a very real check-in from the messy middle. After an eclipse, a retreat, a move, and a season of massive change, life hasn’t exactly felt polished—and instead of waiting until everything makes sense to talk about it, we’re talking about it from inside of it. Because healing isn’t linear. And having a hard season doesn’t mean you’re going backwards. Sometimes growth means meeting an old part of yourself from a completely different version of you. We talk about shadow work, grief, nervous system dysregulation, burnout, surrender, seasonal shifts, and the uncomfortable emotions we’re so quick to label as “negative.” And we explore a deceptively simple shift: Instead of immediately asking “Why is this happening to me?” What if you asked: “What am I feeling right now?” No fixing it. No spiritually bypassing it. No trying to turn your pain into a lesson before you’ve even let yourself feel it. Just… I get to meet myself here. We also get real about the pressure to look healed, professional, successful, and put together—especially when your work involves helping other people. Because no retreat, morning routine, meditation, breathwork practice, or amount of personal development makes you permanently immune to being human. Maybe that’s not the goal. Maybe the goal is building enough self-trust to know that when another hard season comes, you won’t abandon yourself inside of it. If you’re grieving, burnt out, dysregulated, navigating a transition, or wondering why something you thought you’d healed is suddenly hurting again, this conversation is for you. Stay until the end for a grounding breathwork practice centered around acceptance, safety, and coming home to yourself. You’re not going backwards. You’re meeting yourself here. And this too shall pass.  Find Rachael on Instagram @highvibeyogii Find Gaby on Instagram @rising.monarca and @gabrielafverdusco on Tik Tok

Your New Life Will Cost You Your Old One: The Neuroscience of Belief, Manifestation & Becoming

What if the biggest thing standing between you and your next chapter isn’t your circumstances… but the story you keep telling yourself about what’s possible? In this episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Rachael and Gaby dive into the energy of eclipse season and the feeling that life is asking us to shed, shift, and become. But this conversation goes far beyond astrology. We explore what happens when spirituality meets psychology: vision boards and action, manifestation and nervous system regulation, intention setting and the beliefs quietly shaping the way you experience your life. Because creating a new reality isn’t just about thinking positively. It’s about noticing the thoughts you repeat. The promises you make—and keep—to yourself. The environments you surround yourself with. The beliefs you’ve mistaken for facts. And the identity you’re reinforcing every single day. We unpack the neuroscience behind intention and self-perception, why your brain pays attention to what you’ve taught it to prioritize, and how small, consistent actions can begin reinforcing a different story about who you are and what’s possible for you. We also get into the difference between caring and worrying—and why endlessly rehearsing everything that could go wrong doesn’t protect you from the future. It can keep you mentally living inside a future you don’t even want. And yes, we talk about mental health too: why positive thinking isn’t a replacement for appropriate treatment, and why medication, therapy, nervous system tools, lifestyle practices, and self-awareness don’t have to exist in opposition to one another. This episode is about holding both: Trust and action. Gratitude and desire. Science and spirituality. Acceptance of where you are and the audacity to believe you can become more. Because a vision board can’t live your life for you. An affirmation can’t make every difficult emotion disappear. And manifestation isn’t permission to bypass reality. At some point, you have to meet your vision with action. You have to become someone who keeps promises to herself, challenges the beliefs keeping her small, creates an environment that supports where she’s going, and trusts herself enough to keep moving before she has proof. If you’re standing at the edge of a new chapter, questioning what’s next, or feeling the pull toward a bigger version of your life, press play. Your new life may cost you your old one. Old beliefs. Old patterns. Old definitions of success. Maybe even an old version of you. But what if that’s not something to fear? What if that’s exactly what becoming looks like? You Don't Manifest What You Want - You Manifest What You're a Match For : Lions Gate & Abundance

What if manifestation isn’t about asking the universe for more… but becoming the version of you who can actually receive it? In this episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Gaby & Rachael dive into the energy and symbolism of the Lion’s Gate Portal—and use it as a doorway into a much bigger conversation about manifestation, abundance, limiting beliefs, emotional healing, and becoming an energetic match for the life you desire. Because you can write the affirmation. Make the vision board. Set the intention. Do every ritual. But if underneath it all you’re still operating from fear, scarcity, old beliefs, or an identity that doesn’t believe it’s safe or possible to have what you want… positive thinking alone won’t change that. Rachael explores the spiritual traditions surrounding Lion’s Gate, the symbolism of this season as a time for intention and transformation, and why manifestation requires more than simply trying to “stay high vibe.” We talk about: • manifestation, energy, and becoming available for what you desire • identifying the limiting beliefs underneath your goals • why clarity matters when setting intentions • abundance, receiving, and expanding your capacity for more • trusting the timing of your life when nothing seems to be happening • allowing yourself to feel difficult emotions without getting trapped inside them • the difference between emotional processing and spiritual bypassing • using rituals, breathwork, visualization, and intentional practices to reconnect with yourself • embracing change when the life you asked for starts requiring a different version of you Because spirituality isn’t pretending everything is love and light. Sometimes expansion looks like excitement and synchronicity. And sometimes it looks like grief, uncertainty, letting go, and finally facing the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding. You’re allowed to feel deeply and believe something beautiful is unfolding. You’re allowed to want more and appreciate what you already have. You’re allowed to trust the universe and do the inner work required to meet the life you’ve been asking for. If you’ve been manifesting something that hasn’t arrived yet, navigating a major identity shift, or feeling like life is asking you to surrender control and trust what’s next—press play. Maybe the question isn’t: “Why isn’t it here yet?” Maybe it’s: “Who am I becoming while I wait?” Because sometimes the manifestation isn’t only what arrives. It’s who you become on the way there. Your Body Isn't the Problem : Trauma, Weight Loss, & the Subconscious Mind

What if you don’t have a motivation problem? What if the part of you that keeps procrastinating, self-sabotaging, overeating, shutting down, or choosing what’s comfortable is actually trying to keep you safe? In this raw episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Rachael, Gaby, and Frank unpack what happens when willpower isn’t enough—and why lasting transformation often begins beneath the behavior. Gaby vulnerably shares her experience surviving cancer, confronting painful experiences from childhood, and beginning to understand her relationship with weight through a completely different lens: protection, safety, self-worth, and the beliefs she had carried for years. Because sometimes the body is only telling the story the mind learned long ago. Frank brings the tough love, challenging the excuses, language, and patterns that can keep us comfortable while convincing us we’re trying to change. Rachael connects the conversation back to nervous system regulation, subconscious beliefs, identity, and why changing your life requires more than changing your habits. Together, we explore: • why self-sabotage can be rooted in subconscious beliefs and protective patterns • the relationship between chronic stress, emotional regulation, body image, and weight • why comfort and happiness aren’t always the same thing • how the language you use reinforces the identity you believe you are • EFT tapping, breathwork, hypnosis, and subconscious reprogramming • why accountability matters—but shame rarely creates lasting transformation • building an emotional regulation toolbox instead of depending on one coping mechanism • what happens when you stop waiting to feel motivated and start becoming someone different This isn’t another conversation telling you to try harder. It’s an invitation to understand why a part of you keeps resisting the very change you say you want. Because you can have the meal plan. The workout. The vision board. The goals. But if underneath all of it you still believe you aren’t safe, capable, worthy, or allowed to become someone different, you’ll keep finding your way back to what’s familiar. If you’ve ever thought, “I know what I need to do… so why can’t I just do it?”—press play. Maybe you don’t need more discipline. Maybe it’s time to meet the version of you that’s been running the show. Because the version of you who learned how to survive doesn’t have to be the version of you who leads the rest of your life. Why You Keep Repeating the Same Patterns | Shadow Work, Nervous System & Identity

What if the biggest thing standing between you and the life you want… isn’t your circumstances, but the parts of yourself you’ve never learned to understand? In this episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Rachael Roykovich and Gab dive into one of the most transformative conversations you can have with yourself: meeting your shadow. Your shadow isn’t something to fear. It’s the younger, protective version of you that learned how to survive through people-pleasing, perfectionism, hyper-independence, overworking, or playing small. Those patterns may have kept you safe once—but they could also be the very things keeping you stuck today. Together, we explore what shadow work really is, why your triggers are invitations instead of inconveniences, and how your nervous system, beliefs, emotions, and identity shape the energy you bring into every area of your life. We also unpack what people often call your “frequency”—not as something mystical, but as the sum of your beliefs, emotional state, nervous system, thoughts, and self-concept. When you change your internal world, you naturally begin making different decisions, noticing different opportunities, and creating a different reality. If you’ve ever wondered why you keep attracting the same relationships, repeating the same patterns, or feeling like you’re doing all the “right” things but still not moving forward, this conversation is for you. Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before fear convinced you to hide. In this episode, we discuss: What the shadow self really is and how it developsWhy your triggers are powerful invitations for healingThe connection between your nervous system, identity, and emotional patternsWhy your past doesn’t have to become your futureHow beliefs shape your self-concept and influence your realityThe difference between surviving and truly thrivingWhy healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about integrating every part of yourselfHow presence, mindfulness, and self-awareness create lasting transformationThe role of vulnerability, compassion, and safety in personal growthReflective questions to help you uncover the unconscious patterns running your lifeWhether you’re beginning your healing journey or have been doing the inner work for years, this episode will help you understand yourself with more compassion, create safety within your body, and reconnect with the most authentic version of who you are. Because the life you’re longing for doesn’t begin when everything around you changes. It begins the moment you stop abandoning yourself.
