    Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân 2025 và Nghị định 356/2025/NĐ-CP vừa được ban hành và có hiệu lực đã đặt ra nhiều yêu cầu pháp lý mới đối với việc thu thập, ghi nhận, lưu trữ và sử dụng dữ liệu cá nhân. Những quy định này cũng áp dụng đối với dữ liệu hình ảnh, âm thanh được ghi lại từ camera do chủ phương tiện lắp đặt trên xe ô tô công nghệ.Theo đó, bên cạnh nhu cầu tự bảo vệ mình, tài xế cũng cần hiểu rõ các giới hạn pháp luật và nghĩa vụ tuân thủ khi sử dụng camera trong quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ.
