    SB25-003's Permit Backlog, Tom Sullivan's Challenger & Colorado's Supermajority

⚠️ COLORADO'S NEW GUN PERMIT LAW (SB25-003) IS HAVING ISSUES. ADAM APPLIED FOR HIS ELIGIBILITY CARD ON JULY 20, THE SAME DAY THAT THE CPW SYSTEM OPENED. 49 DAYS LATER, STILL NO PERMIT IN HAND. 🎙️ That is why in this episode, Adam talks with two important women running for Colorado State Senate: DANIELLE LAMMON Senate District 27 (Centennial and southeast Aurora) Running against Tom Sullivan. He is the Democrat senator who wrote SB25-003. DANA CHARLES Senate District 3 (Pueblo and Pueblo West) This seat is open. She is running against Democrat Aaron Gutierrez. WHY THESE TWO WOMEN ARE VERY IMPORTANT: Democrats hold 23 of the 35 seats in the Colorado Senate. If they win one more, they get a SUPERMAJORITY. That means they can pass almost anything with no Republican votes. As a reminder, candidate interviews on this channel are introductions, not endorsements. Vote however you like. Just please become involved in the democratic process. 🔥 Full recap / resource guide: https://pyrost.net/new-gun-law-is-a-disaster/ Danielle Lammon: danielleforsd27.com Dana Charles: danacharles4colorado.com Chapters 1:11 Dana Charles Intro 4:45 Danielle Lammon Intro 7:55 The revolving door of crime 11:39 What a state senator does, and explaining the 23-seat supermajority 16:34 Fees, TABOR and the Prop KK ammo tax 19:59 Healthcare deserts and 200,000 regulations 27:19 Where did the Prop KK money go? 33:25 Amendment 83: Right to Hunt and Fish 35:47 How SB25-003 got written 38:02 Adam applied July 20.
