    Gifting Resilience

About This Episode In this week’s episode you get a peek into me reconnecting with a friend with whom I was once very close, Jen. Jen Novack calls Philadelphia home. After navigating her own path through physical illnesses, mental health challenges, and emotional rebuilding, she’s become passionate about how we heal and how we keep going. She brings a creative, honest voice to conversations about resilience, recovery, and finding beauty after breaking. Jen believes resilience isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about learning to move forward with what’s left. I want to share now that there is some conversation around Jen’s mental health and a time when she contemplated ending her life.  Episode Highlights [06:44] Jen’s personal reflections on mental health and overcoming a period of suicidal crisis (contains discussion of suicidal ideation). That meant no navigating shower time or climbing over each other while making breakfast and I was way ahead of schedule…so I started with a mediation and that felt great.  ⚠️ Disclaimer: I'm not a therapist, coach, or mental health professional.
