On Sundays We: A Formula 1 Podcast

Rachel + Lexi

On Sundays We Pod is a Formula 1 podcast hosted by Lexi and Rachel: two former coworkers turned running friends turned F1 co-hosts recapping every race weekend with hot takes, paddock drama, driver rivalries, strategy disasters, and FIA chaos. What started as Rachel underselling Formula 1 quickly became an obsession with billionaire egos, team politics, Ferrari strategy pain, and emotionally investing in drivers who absolutely do not know we exist. Each week, we break down F1 race results, qualifying drama, Formula 1 news, silly season rumors, team orders, and everything happening on and off the grid. Whether you’re a longtime Formula 1 fan or new to F1 from Drive to Survive, On Sundays We Pod makes Formula 1 feel like the internet’s messiest group chat.

Monza: The Temple of Speed | F1 News, Lando’s 2030 Deal & Kimi's Grid Penalty

The Italian Grand Prix is almost here, which means it’s time for Monza — one of the fastest, loudest, and most iconic tracks on the Formula 1 calendar. But before we get into La Pista Magica, there is A LOT happening in the F1 world. This week on On Sundays We, we’re breaking down Kimi Antonelli’s engine penalty, George Russell’s new power unit, and the very interesting question of whether Mercedes can pull off a little teammate strategy à la Isack Hadjar and Max Verstappen. Plus, Lando Norris is staying with McLaren until 2030, Alpine has locked in its 2027 driver lineup, and Jonathan Wheatley is suddenly back in the paddock… 👀 Then it’s time for some serious F1 Hot Goss: a potential Lando Norris docuseries on Prime Video, Oscar Piastri’s Grill the Grid three-peat, Lewis Hamilton addressing his recent radio comments, Max Verstappen taking on 100 go-karts, and an Ocean’s Eleven prequel filming around Monaco. Because apparently F1 news wasn’t chaotic enough already. And then: MONZA. We’re talking history, speed, the Tifosi, Ferrari, massive braking zones, slipstream battles, and why Monza is basically F1 saying, “How fast can we go before someone has to slam on the brakes?”  Follow for Weekly F1 Content Stay up to date with On Sundays We —your go-to Formula 1 podcast for race previews, race recaps, F1 news, and paddock hot goss all season long. 2026 F1 Silly Season has Begun...but Where's the Silly? | Formula 1 Podcast

It’s Week 2 of the Formula 1 summer break, aka F1 Silly Season, and somehow… nothing particularly silly has happened yet.  This week on On Sundays We Pod, we’re breaking down the latest F1 news, Formula 1 driver contracts, silly season rumors, team changes, paddock gossip, and Drive to Survive — plus somehow fitting in Week 9 of marathon training. Red Bull could be making a major engineering shake-up with Aston Martin’s Tom McCullough reportedly set to join the team, Valtteri Bottas confirms Cadillac is already looking toward 2027, and we get into Williams and James Vowles.  Oscar Piastri continues to win our hearts (and our wallets), George Russell apparently smells like $6,000, Charles Leclerc and Alexandra are excited about something but we won't say, Lewis Hamilton is recharging his battery (lol) and Lando Norris is living his best life.   We revisit Season 3, Episode 9, “Man on Fire,” because we cannot help ourselves. No race? No problem. There’s always gossip. #F1 #Formula1 #F1Podcast #F1SillySeason #F1News #F1Gossip #F1Drivers #F1Contracts #OscarPiastri #DriveToSurvive #FormulaRunClub #MarathonTraining  Follow for Weekly F1 Content Stay up to date with On Sundays We —your go-to Formula 1 podcast for race previews, race recaps, F1 news, and paddock hot goss all season long.
