For our EOTW Denise flies to Austin for a one-day barbecue mission featuring free beerwhile waiting in line for melt-in-your-mouth brisket. Terina hits up Main Street Restaurant in Idaho Springs for fresh-baked jalapeño cheddar bread, all the lobster options, and french fries worthy of their own fan club. Sarah takes a trip to Cuba Cuba in Castle Rock for cubanos, mojitos, and unexpected salsa dancing.  Our weekly shaker question begs to ask if brunch andshopping belong together? And the answer is a unanimous YES -- but handle with caution. Stories of local artisan markets, expensive hats, and preparations forthe annual Oddities & Curiosities Expo, where coffin furniture, creepy art, and questionable financial decisions await. The wallet might hurt, but the swag is worth it.  For Cherry on Top, Terina falls down the rabbit hole ofDiscovery's Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch, complete with hidden treasure, strange folklore, and enough conspiracy theories to fuel six seasons. Eats & Drinks with a Disco C**k in RiNo

We're back at the table for our longest BTB episode yet -- time to dig in. Kicking off with our EOTW Terina hits up Riot Barbecue in Denver for all the meats one can imagine. Plus a shoutout to Stir Pan Creamery on Pearl Street for rolled ice cream that somehow stays creamy a week later. Denise takes us to 303 Sports Bar in Lone Tree where the Reuben tops the charts, the mac and cheese is dangerously creamy, and there’s Chicken Vodka that costs $5 and nobody knows why it's called that. Sarah hits up Topgolf for a teacher end-of-year party where golf skills are refined and chicken fingers are consumed. Then we shake it up and pull this week's topic: best happy hour in Denver. Trash Hawk gets a passionate endorsement for their buy one get one deal, and their resident bar dog who just wants to be petted. Hapa sushi gets the Broncos game 50% off your entire tab co-sign. And Zane's Italian gets called out for half off everything, every single day, including wings. Let’s go. For Cherry on Top, Terina is hooked on Rooster on HBO and may or may not find Steven Carell attractive now. Denise went to the Adventure Time bar on South Broadway during their Candy Land theme -- scratch and sniff walls, a Willy Wonka photo op, and a $25 cloud drink served on a plate. And they discover Hell or High Water relocated to RiNo, which means the disco c**k is still alive and spinning. Then things take a final turn into true crime territory with Netflix's The Crash. Sometimes All You Need is Good Bottomless & Starbursts in a Bag

We're back at the table for another BTB episode. EOTW starts with Denise checking out Bong Bong, a brand new hot pot spot with build your own options galore, the dessert station is also massive, and nobody is forcing a giant plate of bok choy on you. Terina hits up El Five for date night -- meat paella, smoked burrata with artichoke pesto, red sangria, and a view of Denver that does not disappoint. And Sarah grabs Moe's BBQ before an emo cover band show at the Gothic where she sings her heart out. Then we shake it up and pull this week's topic: where can you find the best bottomless deal? Tamayo gets a strong nod for big groups, Yaya's gets the classiness vote, The Lobby's mimosa tower gets a legendary origin story, and Timothy O'Toole's in Chicago gets a cautionary tale about five Bloody Marys before a flight.  For Cherry on Top, Terina is deep in Euphoria with two episodes left and absolutely no spoilers allowed. Sarah is watching The Boys final season and reporting back that it’s unhinged in the best way. And Denise went to a pre-screening of Jack Ryan: Ghost War, spent half the movie panicking about what she'd ask John Krasinski, only to discover he was live streaming from New York. But hey, there were Starbursts.  Like, subscribe, review, and drop us a topic for the shaker, we want to hear from you. Pull up a chair, grab a drink, brunch is served. Surviving a Deserted Island & Two Biker Gangs Walking Into a Bar

We're back at the table for another BTB episode, with our girl Gertie the Goose in the studio repping some spring vibes. Kicking off EOTW with Denise discovering El Chubby in Aurora -- Taco Tuesday, three tacos for $7.99, fresh taco shells made in house, and delicious margaritas. A crunchy taco girl through and through and she has the taco pillow to prove it. Terina takes us to Waldo's, a brand new fried chicken spot in Glendale where the chicken tenders are first class, and props are given to Chef Lee who has acquired a fan club at BTB. Sarah hits up Pearl of Siam Thai in Aurora with Denise and their husbands before a $6 Tuesday movie -- green curry, family owned vibes, and a lunch menu worth knowing about. Then we shake it up and pull this week's topic: what three food or drink items are you bringing to a deserted island? Vodka makes both lists, Denise goes to bat hard for Olive Garden chicken scampi, Sarah brings sunflower seeds and milk duds, and Terina's Alloy Thai sriracha rice with Kobe beef causes a minor rules dispute. RFK-approved Joy Ride gummies also make an appearance and somehow become a whole thing. For Cherry on Top, Terina caught up on The Pitt and is deep into Your Friends and Neighbors on Apple TV. Sarah is finally getting her Euphoria fix now that it's back on HBO. And Denise -- well, Denise didn't die this week, which she's counting as a win. Between accidentally landing in the middle of a Hells Angels showdown at a biker bar and a previous drive-by shooting at a hookah lounge, we're starting to think Aurora has some explaining to do. Shout out A-Town. 🍒 Like, subscribe, review, and drop us a topic for the shaker, we want to hear from you. Pull up a chair, grab a drink, brunch is served. Gertie the Goose & the $25 Fish Drink

We kick off another BTB episode with the introduction of the one and only Gertie the Goose. Quacking it up at her official studio debut in an upcycled spring tee and cowgirl hat -- cuz she’s rowdy and we're here for it. Denise starts off EOTW with her Sauce Tacos in Lone Tree, Westword's Best Taco 2025 winner, complete with a salsa bar stocked with three different green salsas. Terina joins Denise and their husbands for a night out at STK downtown -- ribeye, seafood tower, artichoke dip, and craft cocktails all around. Sarah goes full carnivore at Fogo de Chao for Jonathan's birthday, where the real MVP was the candy bacon at the salad bar and a server who made the pineapple dream come true. Then we pull from the shaker and land on best staycation ideas. The Gaylord gets a strong endorsement for every season, Hotel Teatro downtown is Terina and AJ's go-to, and Sarah takes us straight into the Hip Camp rabbit hole -- yurts in Canyon City, glamping outside Boulder in the rain, and wild horses running past an RV in Southern Colorado. For Cherry on Top, Denise did a 13-hour Vegas day trip on a $52 Frontier ticket, won $150, and celebrated with a $25 cocktail served in a ceramic fish glass. Terina hit a Nuggets playoff game with lit wristbands, rally towels, and a really good hot dog. And Sarah caught two back-to-back concerts -- the Format and Bilmuri -- and made a new friend in the process. Shoutout to Phantom Planet for playing the one song everyone actually came for. Oh, and a long overdue shoutout to our producer Nikki Nolan -- none of this happens without her. We see you.  Like, subscribe, review, and drop us a topic for the shaker, we want to hear from you. Deer Meat, Chewy Octopus & the $4,000 Hangover

Welcome back for another dose of Bitches That Brunch, the podcast. Sarah, Denise & Terina are back with another round of Eat of the Week. This week we have deer stuffed meatloaf (yes, really), a Taco Bell Lux Box with accidental free Doritos Locos, green chili egg rolls dipped in queso at The Ditch in Winter Park, and a Santiago's burrito. We wrap the Eat of the Week on one low note: rubbery grilled octopus the ended in a table napkin spit. We've all been there. This week's topic digs into the age-old question: what cures a hangover? From midnight Advil runs and McDonald's Sausage McMuffins to IV drip bars and a $4,000 ambulance bill that led straight to a Joe's Crab Shack power lunch, the crew shares their hangover wisdom. The one rule everyone agrees on: no shots on a school night. We wrap with Cherry on Top, covering Rockies Opening Day, the addictive Hulu show Paradise, Guy Fieri's Flavor Basin event at Keystone, and a Colorado ski season that ended with no snow.  It's unfiltered, it's a little chaotic, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Join us every week for a dose of the BTB Pod. Pull up a chair, grab a drink, brunch is served.
