RAW and Embodied with Andrea Stamp

Andrea

RAW & Embodied with Andrea I deeply believe there is power in our voices. And when we speak from the heart—when we actually live and embody love for ourselves and for others—something shifts. You feel it. It moves through you, and it ripples out into everything around you. This is a space for real, honest, raw conversations. The kind that don’t try to be polished or perfect. We’re talking spirituality, energy work, womanhood, motherhood, and what it truly looks like to live in alignment with who you are… not who you think you should be. No fluff. No pretending. Just truth. I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to be fully, unapologetically ME.And to remind you—gently, but powerfully—that you get to be, too.

You Are Not Responsible for Everyone Else's Emotions

How often do you stop yourself from doing something because you're worried about how someone else is going to feel? I've caught myself doing this more times than I can count, and I know I'm not alone. In this episode, I'm talking about something that so many of us do without even realizing it—we spend our lives managing everyone else's emotions. We think about whether they'll be hurt, disappointed, offended, or upset before we ever ask ourselves what feels true for us. We become the ones who are always "on." Always available. Always helping. Always making sure everyone else is okay. But somewhere along the way, we stop asking ourselves... What do I need? This conversation is about learning to come back to yourself. It's about realizing that you are not responsible for carrying everyone else's emotional experience. You can love people deeply, have compassion for them, and still make choices that honor your own heart. I also share simple grounding practices that help you reconnect with yourself when you've been giving your energy away to everyone else. In this episode we talk about: Why we take responsibility for other people's emotionsThe exhaustion that comes from always being "on"How people pleasing disconnects us from ourselvesWhy healthy boundaries are actually an act of loveChoosing authenticity over resentmentGrounding practices to come back to your centerRemembering that your needs matter, tooIf this conversation resonated with you, thank you so much for being here. The Sister Wound, Discernment & Trusting Your Intuition

We've all heard the phrase, "She's your mirror." And while I absolutely believe there are moments when another woman reflects something within us that's ready to heal, I don't believe that's always the case. What if sometimes... it's not a mirror? What if it's your intuition quietly letting you know that someone simply isn't meant to be in your inner circle? In this episode, I share my thoughts on the sister wound, the difference between judgment and discernment, and why supporting women doesn't mean we have to ignore our own inner knowing. We can celebrate another woman's gifts, cheer her on wholeheartedly, and still recognize that she may not be our person. Healing the sister wound isn't about becoming friends with every woman. It's about releasing comparison and competition while learning to trust yourself, honor your boundaries, and keep your heart open. In this episode, we explore: What the sister wound really isWhy we've been conditioned to compare and competeThe belief that "she's your mirror"—and why I think it's more nuanced than thatThe difference between judgment and discernmentHow to trust your intuition without making another woman wrongSupporting women without abandoning yourselfWhy not every woman is meant to be in your inner circle—and that's okayIf this episode resonated with you, I'd be so grateful if you shared it with another woman who might need to hear this conversation. You Get to Choose Your Journey with Adri Wignall

Some people walk through things that could completely break them... and somehow, they choose to keep going. This week on Raw & Embodied, I sit down with my beautiful friend, Adri, for a conversation that is honest, vulnerable, and incredibly inspiring. We talk about what it looks like to move through life's hardest moments, trust yourself, and continue choosing the life that's calling you, even when the path hasn't been easy. Adri's own healing journey led her to become a Reiki Master, Kaiut Yoga teacher, and the founder of CURA Yoga Center. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and our own inner wisdom. This conversation is full of heart, hope, and the reminder that your past does not get to write the rest of your story. If this episode speaks to you, please share it with someone you love. You never know who needs to hear these words today. And if you're feeling called to do your own deeper healing, I offer Pathway to Your Inner Light one-on-one sessions. Together, we'll gently uncover the stories, patterns, and stuck energy that may be holding you back, so you can reconnect with yourself and the light that's always been there. Resistance, Self-Sabotage & The Power of Awareness

"Sometimes the resistance isn't a sign to stop. Sometimes it's simply showing us where healing is still asking to happen."  This week's episode is a real and vulnerable conversation about resistance, self-sabotage, grief, identity shifts, and what happens when your soul is asking you to step into something bigger. Over the last year, I have been moving through one of the most transformative seasons of my life. Losing my father, leaving behind a huge part of my identity, deep shadow work, inner child healing, and navigating the discomfort that comes when you know you're being called into a new chapter. In this episode, I share how resistance showed up in my life, the ways I was unknowingly and knowingly self-sabotaging, and the powerful awareness that came when I finally stopped fighting what my soul has been asking of me. We talk about: • Resistance and why it shows up when we're ready to grow • Self-sabotage, self-abandonment, and old coping patterns • Grief, identity shifts, and letting old versions of ourselves go • The importance of support and allowing others to hold us • Inner child healing and uncovering hidden fears • Why awareness is the first step toward lasting change • The evolution of my work and stepping fully into Raw & Embodied • Anchoring your light and trusting yourself more deeply My hope is that this episode reminds you that you are not broken, you are not behind, and you are not alone. Sometimes the resistance isn't a sign to stop. Sometimes it's simply showing us where healing is still asking to happen. Work With Me If you've been moving through grief, transition, self-doubt, old patterns, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I would love to support you. I currently have openings for my Pathway to Your Inner Light 1:1 Sessions. Together, we create space to uncover limiting beliefs, shift old patterns, reconnect with your intuition, and remember the truth of who you are beneath the conditioning, fear, and self-doubt. Learn more and book your session at: peacefulbutterflyhealings.com You do not need to do this alone.

The Stories We Carry and the Shame We Hold

In this episode, I open up about some of the deep inner work I've been doing lately. I've been spending time with younger versions of myself, sitting with my inner child, my teenage self, and the parts of me that have carried shame for far too long. What I've been realizing is that so much of the shame we hold isn't actually ours. It's inherited, learned, projected onto us, or created from experiences that taught us we weren't enough. Over time, those stories become woven into our blueprint, and we start believing them as truth. In this share, I share some of the practices and techniques that have been helping me gently reconnect with these younger parts of myself, release what I have been carrying, and create a different relationship with who I am. I also talk about self-love.. An honest look at how we speak to ourselves, how we judge ourselves, and how often we withhold the same compassion from ourselves that we freely give to others. This episode is an invitation to become aware of the stories running beneath the surface, to bring light to the places that still hurt, and to begin reprogramming the way you speak to yourself. Because healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before shame convinced you otherwise. If you've been carrying shame, questioning your worth, or feeling called to heal the younger parts of yourself, this conversation is for you. Follow @peacefulbutterflyhealings.com and @rawandembodied If you listened to this episode and found yourself thinking, "Yep, that's me," just know you don't have to do this work alone. Helping women reconnect with themselves, heal old wounds, release shame, and come back to their light is a big part of the work I do in my 1:1 sessions. Together, we create a safe space to explore what is ready to be healed, support the younger parts of you that may still be hurting, and help you reconnect with your truth, intuition, and heart. Womb Wisdom, Fascia & Female Healing with Caytlyn Dee | Medicine Woman

In this episode of Raw & Embodied, I sit down with my beautiful friend Caytlyn for a really honest conversation around the female body, fascia, pelvic care, womb healing, stored trauma, and the intelligence of the body. This conversation is so important. We talked about how so many women are carrying years of pain, survival, suppression, heartbreak, abuse, stress, silence, and emotions within their tissues and fascia without even realizing it. How the body stores so much. How symptoms can sometimes be the body trying to speak to us instead of work against us. Caytlyn has spent years deeply supporting women through this work, and you can feel how much reverence and care she has for the female body. Some of her sessions are hours long because she truly takes her time helping women soften, release, reconnect, and feel safe within themselves again. I also share how Caytlyn has personally worked on me and helped me release years of jaw and neck pain that I had been carrying in my body for a very long time. It was incredibly eye opening for me to experience how much emotion, tension, protection, and energy can live within the fascia and tissues of the body. We dive into sovereignty, learning to trust your body again, reconnecting to your womb space, and what happens when women stop abandoning themselves and begin listening deeply to what their body has been trying to say all along. About Caytlyn Caytlyn is a multidimensional women’s health educator and practitioner specializing in integrative womb and pelvic care, fascia work, trauma integration, and female embodiment. Her work supports women in reconnecting to the wisdom, intelligence, and sovereignty of their bodies through deep, intuitive, and highly personalized care. She believes symptoms are sacred messengers guiding women back toward truth, vitality, and self-love — not problems to simply suppress or fix. Through her work, Caytlyn helps women unlearn the conditioning that disconnects them from their bodies and instead build a relationship rooted in trust, safety, softness, and deep listening. Her sessions often weave together physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing, creating space for women to release stored trauma, reconnect to their pelvic bowl and womb space, soften protective patterns held within the fascia, and remember themselves as whole. Her vision is a world where women trust their bodies, speak their truth, and feel deeply at home within themselves. How to find her:  Instagram @caytlyndee Website: https://www.rebirththewild.com/
