Ben focuses on sex, intimacy, relationship conflict, and breakups. Ben's work centers around the emotional and physiological complexities of relationships with great clarity and intention. He is also currently researching and writing a book that reframes breakups through the lens of attachment grief and explores the role of ritual in healing.  Ben helps us define rituals vs. habits and allows me (Chris) to share a more personal story around my own ritual after a previous relationship.     Send us Fan Mail On this episode, we invited Rachel East from UltraRay Luxury Spa to talk about pivoting careers during the pandemic, creating a space and self-care products for people with melanated skin, and toughing it out as a small business owner.  UltraRay, located in Sunset Park in Brooklyn, NY, specializes in personalized skincare treatments that target hyperpigmentation and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), with a deep understanding of the unique needs of melanated skin.  Rachel is a NYS-licensed esthetician with a passion for treating skin of color. Every service is curated to safely fade dark spots, smooth texture, and reveal long-lasting results. Rachel pivoted to esthetics from a fashion merchandising background during the pandemic.  We met as fellow vendors at the NY Markets. We've watched each other grow, and I'm so excited to have her on.     Send us Fan Mail Keith Lissner joins us for episode 3 Keith is a classically trained fashion designer, self-taught digital artist, and lifelong art lover whose career spans nearly three decades at the highest levels of American fashion.  After formative roles at Ralph Lauren and Perry Ellis, he spent nearly fourteen years as Executive Vice President of Design at Vera Wang before departing in early 2025 to pursue new frontiers, much of which can be seen on his Instagram @keithlissner We explore where Keith's love of fashion started, how he's serving his community now through the content he makes, and how it's all aligned with his purpose. So much of what he has now, he credits to his sobriety.  We also talk about the difference between dog walking in Bushwick and Manhattan, why The Great British Bakeoff is the best reality show, and share a few of our own ungrateful confessions.
