    Getting clear on what you want

    Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what you want. It's everything that comes up the moment you admit it. In this episode I walk you through an exercise to get really clear on what you want, and we look at the blocks that show up right after. We talk about the nervous system, why visualization actually matters, and why your body has to feel safe before it can move toward something new. I also share an exercise that has helped me get into flow, and how to trust the insights that come when you're regulated instead of doubting them.
