    Ep. 28 Confident AF

Have you ever looked confident on the outside but secretly needed everyone else to validate your worth? I’ve been there. For a long time, I confused attention with confidence. I thought being loud, being desired, and getting validation meant I was secure in myself. But real confidence isn't about how you look to other people. It's about knowing who you are and choosing yourself, even when nobody else does. In this episode, I'm getting real about what it actually means to be confident AF. We'll talk about letting go of other people's opinions, surrounding yourself with people who don't make you question your worth, and having the courage to put yourself out there even when you're scared. Because confidence isn't about being the loudest person in the room. It's about knowing who the f**k you are.You don't have to perform. You don't have to prove yourself. You don't have to be everyone's cup of tea. Real confidence is being okay with who you are, even when everyone else doesn't get it. Be sexy. Be weird. Be loud. Be quiet. Be whatever the f**k feels true to you. Just stop abandoning yourself to be someone else's version of confident. If something in this episode resonated and you're feeling the pull to go deeper... Ep.27 The Problem With Being Self Aware

Have you ever understood exactly why you do something, but still find yourself doing it over and over again? I’ve been there. You can know your attachment style, your triggers, your childhood wounds, and every pattern you keep repeating. But awareness doesn’t automatically mean you’ve healed it. Sometimes we get so caught up in understanding the why that we forget to actually change the what. In this episode, I’m calling out the trap of self-awareness without action. We’ll talk about how personal growth can become another loop of analyzing, explaining, and conceptualizing your patterns without ever choosing something different. Because self-awareness tells you what’s happening. Self-leadership decides what’s next. We’ll get into why your triggers may not disappear, how understanding someone else’s wounds can keep you tolerating behavior that hurts you, and what it means to take your power back through choice, action, and repetition. It's time to move, babe. It's time to choose differently. It's time to stop explaining your life and start creating one that actually feels like you. Self-awareness is the beginning. What you do with it changes everything. If something in this episode resonated and you're feeling the pull to go deeper... Ep. 26 Not Your Responsibility

What if you stopped taking responsibility for things that were never yours to carry? I’ve been there. When you’re used to people pleasing, someone being upset with you can feel like proof that you did something wrong. You want to explain yourself, fix it, apologize, or make them feel better. But sometimes someone being disappointed in you is simply...their disappointment. In this episode, I’m getting real about what is yours and what isn’t when you choose to live in your truth. Your capacity is yours.Your accountability is yours.Your honesty, behavior, values, and standards are yours. Their reaction isn’t.Their judgment isn’t.Their disappointment isn’t.Their emotions aren’t. That doesn’t mean using “my truth” as an excuse to hurt people. There’s a difference between being self-led and being inconsiderate. You can have boundaries without becoming cold. You can choose yourself without making someone else wrong. You are allowed to say no without a five-paragraph explanation. You are allowed to raise your standards. You are allowed to choose who gets access to your time and energy. And you are allowed to be misunderstood. The question isn’t, “Do they like me?” It’s: Did I handle that in a way I’m proud of? If the answer is yes, you can let the rest be theirs. Not everything is yours to fix.Not everything is yours to carry. Not everything is your responsibility. If something in this episode resonated and you’re feeling the pull to go deeper... Ep. 25 How Are You Wielding Your Truth?

Have you ever felt like you were waiting to become the “right” version of yourself before you could actually live? I’ve been there. The more I tried to do things perfectly, control the outcome, or follow some imaginary version of how life was supposed to look, the more disconnected I became from my own fire. And sometimes that perfectionism shows up in another form: indecision. We stay stuck in the cycle of indecision, procrastination, and shame because making a choice feels scarier than staying where we are. In this episode, I’m talking about what it means to stop abandoning yourself in the pursuit of perfection. We’ll get into what happens when you step out of your head and back into your body, how I work through anxiety spirals, and the questions I ask myself when I’m no longer sure what’s real. We’ll also talk about honesty, boundaries, and what it actually means to stand in your truth. Your truth can be a weapon, or it can be a tool. Your fire doesn’t need perfection to burn. Your truth doesn’t need to hurt people to be powerful. And you don’t have to become someone else to finally feel alive.
