Sounding Out Episode 3 Chris Lovejoy

Sound out new artists through exclusive live studio performances and in-depth conversations with emerging and independent musicians navigating today's music landscape. In our third episode, we are showcasing independent artist Chris Lovejoy! Chris Lovejoy was born in the hills of New Hampshire and has been strumming and singing and smacking drums since he could hold chopsticks and hit pots and pans on the kitchen floor. He strives to make his audiences smile with music, but also reminds folks that it's okay not to smile all the time. He's a little singer/songwriter today, a little punk rock tomorrow. His most recent EP, UPSIDE DOWN, is a contemporary indie pop masterpiece with a confessional, introspective lean. Think soft production, personal lyrics, and a kind of hushed emotional intimacy. 🎵 Stream on Spotify 📸 Follow on Instagram, and YouTube Follow our hosts: Aaron Jordan Liebowitz Instagram Stephen Balsamo Instagram

    Sounding Out Episode 2 Jaswiry

Sound out new artists through exclusive live studio performances and in-depth conversations with emerging and independent musicians navigating today's music landscape. In our second episode, we are showcasing independent artist Jaswiry! JASWIRY is a singer, songwriter, and producer from New York City. Raised in both the Bronx and the Dominican Republic, her music draws influences from both places. She relishes the fine line between the past and present of Latin music, reminiscent of auteurs whose eccentricities, mixed with their seamless pop sensibilities, hold space for the intersections of mainstream and experimental music.  Her debut EP, BABY ELÉCTRICA, is a fusion of electronic, RnB, and Latin music. With hip-hop and folkloric-infused percussion, glitchy synths, and bilingual wordplay, each song is nothing short of an experiment. 🎵 Stream on Spotify 📸 Follow on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Follow our hosts: Aaron Jordan Liebowitz Instagram Stephen Balsamo Instagram

    Sounding Out Episode 1 Mila

Sound out new artists through exclusive live studio performances and in-depth conversations with emerging and independent musicians navigating today's music landscape. In our first episode, we are showcasing independent artist Mila! Mila is a singer-songwriter whose music lives at the intersection of modern pop and rootsy country: warm, intimate, and emotionally precise. Raised in Kent, England, she has built her artistic world across two continents, splitting her time between the English countryside and New York City, and carrying the textures of both into her sound. Her catalogue of singles traces a quietly compelling creative journey, one defined by candor and vulnerability. Standout tracks like Don't Be a Stranger and Naked showcase the emotional range that has drawn listeners to her: melodically accessible yet lyrically unguarded. Still early in a career that already feels unhurried and intentional, Mila is an artist carving out her own lane, rooted in the British indie tradition but reaching toward something distinctly transatlantic. 🎵 Stream on Spotify 📸 Follow on Instagram Follow our hosts: Aaron Jordan Liebowitz Instagram Stephen Balsamo Instagram
