Josh also speaks about how each session ends with the boy teaching Josh about his own passion which, Josh has found, to be a great confidence and trust builder for the kids he works with.

From not feeling ever good enough, feeling like he would mess up, get in trouble, and not be loved if he wasn’t perfect which came from his own upraising to feeling confident and connected. Scott broke the cycle by seeing the shadow that was torturing him. He learned to change his view and thus relationship with his past. By doing so, he created connection with love not blame created new empowering ways of being.. This is important for us to get for ourselves and show our own kids how they can do the same early on.
