    Episode #4: Showing Up Through Grief

    Celeste shares an update about simply showing up, treating her podcast as a creative outlet rather than something to monetize or perfect. She describes ongoing grief and heartbreak after her mom’s death last June, the end of a meaningful relationship, and additional recent losses as old ways of life dissolve while she feels both clear-eyed and lost, especially around relationships. She explains how anger can feel more functional than vulnerability, and how she copes by doing small daily steps, following a detailed plan she made during clearer moments, and using breathwork and movement like Qigong. Professionally, she’s in the intense process of buying a business and preparing a letter of intent. She’s also grateful for finding community in Genius Network, where she feels accepted, and reflects on “grow/heal through it” rather than waiting to be fully healed first.
