After years of searching for answers, pushing through life’s challenges, and navigating additional stressors—including loss and single motherhood—Cindy reached a breaking point at age 48 when her body could no longer keep up. Following a severe anaphylactic reaction and a rapid decline in her health, she was faced with a perspective that changed everything: Her symptoms were not random—they were connected to unresolved experiences her body had been holding all along.
