    13. Embodiment: The Point of No Return

In the Sovereign Human Pathway, embodiment follows disillusionment, disentanglement, reconnection, and coherence. Coherence is the willingness to admit what is true; embodiment begins when we make choices that allow our lives to reflect it.  In this episode, I share the story of the point of no return in my marriage: the years of confusion and self-abandonment that preceded it, the moment I finally admitted the truth aloud, and the conflict that made something inside me go completely still and say, This is over. I didn’t have an exit strategy or know how every consequence would unfold. I only knew I could no longer sacrifice my life to preserve the structure surrounding it. Embodiment is where sovereignty becomes more than an internal state. It asks us to act on what we know, accept the consequences of no longer abandoning ourselves, and begin building a life that includes us at its center. This is an episode about crossing that threshold, grieving what cannot come with us, and discovering what becomes possible when we decide that our lives belong to us. If you are approaching a threshold of your own—within a relationship, vocation, identity, belief system, or any life that requires your continued self-betrayal—I also introduce the Reclamation Circle, a live virtual gathering for honest reflection, guidance, and collective witnessing. 11. The Dreams That Wait for Us

For years, I barely sang—not on a stage, not professionally, and eventually, not even to myself.  Music had once been at the center of my life. I began voice lessons as a child, earned a degree in vocal performance, and spent years singing professionally in San Diego. But as I built my life around marriage, motherhood, and survival, I slowly moved myself outside the center of my own dream. By the time I stopped singing completely, even trying to sing along with a Disney movie would make me cry. After leaving my marriage, I hoped freedom would restore everything I had lost. Instead, I discovered that changing the environment only creates the conditions for restoration. The body may need time to believe the door will remain open before desire feels safe enough to return. In this episode, I share the story of losing and gradually rediscovering my voice. I explore why creativity often disappears during prolonged survival, why we cannot force ourselves to reconnect before the capacity exists, and what it means when appetite begins returning on its own. This is an episode about music, but it is also about every dream, desire, and part of yourself that went dormant while you were trying to stay alive. You are allowed to want again—even before you know what the wanting will become. 10. When “Everything Happens for a Reason” Stops Being Enough

What happens when a spiritual belief that once helped you survive no longer feels true?  In this episode, I trace my gradual disentanglement from the frameworks that shaped my spiritual life—from growing up in an unconventional spiritual place of worship, to immersing myself in past-life regression and New Age spirituality, to eventually questioning one of the beliefs I had clung to most tightly: that everything happens for a reason and is always for our highest good. For years, that belief helped me make sense of suffering, psychic upheaval, heartbreak, and profound uncertainty. But it also became a way of bypassing pain I wasn’t yet ready to feel. When life finally forced me to confront the role of free will—and the possibility that some painful things are not divinely orchestrated lessons—my worldview began to unravel. What followed was devastating, but also deeply liberating. This is a conversation about spiritual bypassing, the human hunger for certainty, the beliefs we use as life rafts, and the freedom that becomes possible when we stop outsourcing truth to a doctrine. I share what “post-spirituality” means to me, why relinquishing certainty has brought me closer to the sacred, and how questioning our beliefs can restore our inner authority without requiring us to abandon mystery, guidance, or meaning. Disentanglement is not about replacing one rigid worldview with another. It is about becoming sovereign enough to hold paradox: painful things can happen without being for our highest good, and we can still be guided, supported, and capable of creating meaning from what comes next. If you’re beginning to question the beliefs, identities, and frameworks that once held your life together, download the free Sovereign Human Pathway. It will guide you through your own process of disentanglement so you can release what no longer feels true and return to the authority of your own inner knowing.  Testimonial Contest Through Monday, July 20, you can receive stackable coupon codes for current/future offerings by sharing any of the following: $11 off for leaving a review on Apple Podcasts and rating the new podcast on Spotify To receive this credit, please do both, since Spotify currently only allows a star rating. 9. When Six Figures Became Self-Abandonment

What happens when you finally reach the milestone you were taught would make you feel safe, successful, and free — and instead, your whole body says no? In this episode, I’m talking about disillusionment with success: the kind that comes when the business works, the numbers grow, the goal is reached… but the life underneath it is no longer sustainable. I share the story of building a six-figure spiritual business while overriding my body, over-giving to clients, blurring the lines between service and self-abandonment, and trying to keep scaling inside a model that was slowly burning me out. I also speak about the moment everything finally became clear: success, as I had been taught to pursue it, was not sovereignty. It was another system asking me to leave myself behind. This episode also marks the bridge from disillusionment into disentanglement within the Sovereign Human Pathway. Because once we see the illusion clearly, the next question becomes: what are we still organized around that no longer belongs to us? I also share, in real time, how this is shaping the way I’m reopening my one-on-one work now — with stronger boundaries, more self-trust, and a very different definition of success. For me now, success is not endless growth, constant scaling, or proving my worth through exhaustion. Success is having a life where I can breathe. www.monetnoctaris.com Download the free Sovereign Human Pathway Book a Soul Guidance Session Follow me on Instagram Follow me on Substack
