    At the opening of this episode we share and elaborate on our mission statement behind the podcast. We dive deep into why witnessing the small details in ourselves, and others, holds medicine. Self discovery, self worth and self individuation emerge. We talk about how curiosity is a process that can help us better witness these small details, and ways in which listeners can start to work with curiosity. It is a profound relational tool. We also reflect on the psychological concept of a window of tolerance in the context of curiosity, safety and discernment.
