    Echoes- episode 3 (new eating habits and a change in lifestyle)

    I have been eating so green and organic lately and I genuinely feel happier from taking care of myself. I really needed this because I was so unhealthy and upset from not feeling healthy. Eating “shit” in moderation still means you’re eating the shit… and that’s my tea. My food routine explained: Breakfast: Better Oats oatmeal with honey, pecans, cinnamon, and a scoop or two of yogurt. Lunch: Usually a MorningStar corndog (not much nutrients tbh) so I pair it with green beans. Snack: Coffee or tea with dates and peanut butter. Dinner: A CAVA-inspired salad or another corndog with any veggie. Downsides: The farts and s***s are morbid. My do’s and don’ts when it comes to my health (we are all different) Do: • Drink low cal tea and/or coffee. Coffee can actually be so healthy. Mine is almond milk + Silk almond creamer, and my tea is Saint James. • Vegan options are usually healthier for me. • Light meat only. All I’ve ever heard is red meat carries so much fat while lighter meat has higher protein and lower fat. Don’t: • Drink soda. Sugar free included in this statement. • Chips really aren’t important when there are so many other options.     Echoes- episode 2 (the affects of Usual schooling and courage)

    In this episode of Echoes, I talk about how growing up in traditional middle and high school environments can shape people into versions of themselves that don’t always feel real. I feel like a lot of people stay stuck in those social norms and expectations for years, and only really start becoming themselves in their mid-20s because it takes that long to unlearn the pressure to conform. I also talk about why being out of inperson school for so long gave me the courage to start posting on YouTube. Even things as normal as making TikToks get judged so heavily, and that fear of people watching or criticizing you can seriously hold you back creatively. I share how I got the confidence to post my first YouTube video, why it felt easier in the beginning, and how creating content now takes being a little more lowkey and incognito with more people around me.     Welcome in, Here’s episode one of my very own podcast Echoes called “Changing the Scenery.” In this episode, you’re gonna learn what brought me to creating my podcast, the meaning behind the title Echoes, the reason for the creation of my sign. Also, I talk about all the stuff I was into before podcasting including former careers, hobbies, creativity and my future goals. The episode includes discussion about difficulties of editing videos for YouTube, constant need to achieve aesthetics in your work and its impact on finding yourself unable to even come up with anything at some point. Routines, extreme cleanliness, internet and my recent inspiration that include podcasts like Leave This City by Sundays, Vanilla Villa and Sex and the City among other things will be discussed here.
